It’s the same story in Maine. I suspect Minnesota has also been spending millions on “marketing” for their major news outlets along with making negative coverage of Democrats a career destroying idea for establishment journalists.
The Maine Wire is basically a couple of YouTubers and they have been covering this stuff for months locally, with “mainstream” news only now picking up on it after it became too well known for them to ignore. A lot of stories are also broken by regular citizens filling FOAA requests and watching local government.
All while being called racist, Islamophobic, transphobic, xenophobic, etc. All while our elections are blatantly rigged.
I’m 100 percent positive similar scams will start to surface all over deep blue districts soon, now that people know what to look for. It is so brazen and the gaslighting media and politicians can only make people disbelieve their eyes for so long before the facts finally sink home.
Even then, a lot of folks will never believe that massive scams like this plus perfectly legal nonprofit scamming forms the actual base of Democratic Party power. My uncle is a retired physician with a master’s in mathematics and he’s actually gotten angry at me for just trying to explain local happenings in Lewiston, calling me a liar because what I was telling him is so difficult for someone who doesn’t live here to even believe. I would show him slides from school board meetings, police logs, photos, none of it was “valid” because NPR and mainstream news wasn’t saying anything like that was going on while pushing the narrative that Trump is a unique threat to “Our Democracy”.
He obviously is a threat to an actual criminal enterprise posing as a political party, which makes the last 10 years a lot easier to understand.

Nazi’s are National Socialist.
The confusion is that Marxists/Communist systems, the Government owns the “means of production” or as we know it the companies. National Socialists, the companies own the government. This is where mapping policies to a right left line misleads…
You don’t seem to know much about National Socialism at all if you think it is “far right” the same way MAGA is, and especially if you think corporations controlled the German government. It was very much the other way around. The National Socialist German Workers Party controlled private businesses, and if they didn’t like what you were doing, they would nationalize your business, or “seize the means of production”.
Nazis are only right wing compared to Marxist-Leninists. They are both collectivist revolutionary movements that are hostile to free markets and individual liberty.
Groypers and Nick Fuentes are leftists compared to MAGA, just with different identity politics compared to woke communists.
It’s a big circle. Go far enough left, you get your guns back, far enough right, you get trannies back.

The fact that we still use an 18th Century French seating chart to frame American politics has been a major propaganda win for communists for the last 100 years. That’s how hardcore statist social justice warriors like Adolf Hitler get lumped in with American Republicans. Even Jim Jones, a hardcore communist, was called a "power-hungry fascist” by none other than Walter Cronkite, but only after the massacre. He was a guest of the Carter White House and appointed commissioner of the San Francisco Housing Authority before all of that. He was actual progressive royalty saying the exact same stuff modern woke progressives do.
State control vs market control is the better way at looking at most public policies, and communists only preferred slightly more state control than Nazis.
Nazis, communists, Democrats, and Groypers all love their identity politics, too. Just different in-groups and out-groups. They are all pretty hostile to freedom of speech, too. Groypers may not be at the moment, but leftists were also pro free speech before they became the actual governing party.
They are all rotten ideologies that belong in the trash.
I just want to see scumbags go to prison for stealing more money in one swoop than I could spend in 10 lifetimes.
Is that too much to ask?

I’m sure many layers of plausible deniability have been built in to protect politicians. I don’t call Maine Democrats The Rainbow Mafia just because they’re gay racist communists. The entire operation and all of their policy priorities are to gain power, which enables money for nothing, and lots of it.
People will start connecting the dots eventually and pretending they had nothing to do with woke, just like the KKK completely collapsed after all of their fraud and corruption was laid bare. I think this is way, way bigger than any of the scams the 1920’s KKK pulled off, along with being way more ruthless.
They were going to flood the country with EVEN MORE migrants and pass European hate speech laws, while controlling all of mass media. Trump and Elon Musk literally saved us from that.
The whole Somalian fraud story wouldn’t be anything more than another conspiracy theory without X. Major media are only begrudgingly covering the most egregious stuff in Maine over the last week or so.
I mean, they funneled mass shooting donations to themselves. If they would do that, they’ll do a lot more that we still haven’t learned the details about. It’s going to start coming out faster, especially once people start coming forward without fear of losing their job or social connections for being “racist”.
Yeah, but it would be nice to see some punishment with a side of sodomy.
Maybe some stabby stuff or thrown down some steps for good measure.

In Maine at least it will require a federal prosecutor. The entire state and local government is corrupt, including our Attorney General. They will certainly offer up a few sacrificial lambs that gather a lot of public attention and then explain to us all how shocked and horrified that it happened on their watch. Gateway Community Services seems to be slated for sacrifice, but I’ve seen no indication that a widespread investigation is about to be launched at the state level.
It will take a lot of work, and Democrats became government officials and bureaucrats precisely because they don’t like to work.
As of right now, Maine’s elections are still rigged to the gills and a plenty of other profitable grifts remain in operation.
Harm reduction, nonprofiteering, social and emotional learning consulting, dei consulting, tens of thousands of pointless state and local government administrative positions, kickbacks from drug dealers and other crooks, and who knows what else all still pay very well.
Generally “left” and “right” denote socio-political leaning, not economic policy.

Left wing and right wing are some of the mushiest words in the entire political vocabulary. Just because Nazis hated communists, promoted policies centered around the German family unit, and burned books about transgenderism doesn’t mean their ideas about the role of government have any meaningful resemblance to modern mainstream American Republicans. There are an awful lot of meaningful resemblances to American Democrats, especially when you look into their identity politics, their concept of Gleichschaltung (ideological capture of public institutions), censorship, and wealth redistributionism along racial lines to achieve social justice, all of which are far more impactful than anything to do with transgenderism or family values.
Core American ideas about government are incompatible with both National Socialism and Marxist-Leninism. You can have equal protection under the law, freedom of speech, and US Citizenship as the basis for voting rights with no racial, religious, or sexual preference tests for obtaining it, or you can have communist or Nazi ideas, or a mixture of the two like the modern Democratic Party.
I forget where I read it first, but “fascism”, along with “left-wing” and “right-wing” now describe an aesthetic more so than any coherent system of government. Today, white and especially Christians who aren’t internationalists are lumped into “fascist” and “right wing”, despite having very little in common with National Socialists who were social justice warriors for ethnic Germans more than anything else.
You can frame the conflict in a lot of different terms. It is at minimum a clash between Enlightenment thinking and Hegelian and/or Marxist thinking. Some say it is a spiritual conflict between Christianity and the rest of the world, including Judaism. Some say it is a conflict between Judeo-Christian society and the rest of the world.
I’m on team Enlightenment and core American ideas, which is why I’ve been unapologetically MAGA for over a decade now.
That Nick Shirley kid’s (he’s only 23 lol) video on Somali fraud in Minnesota is now up to 85 million views and counting. This means even Democrats are starting to watch… 
I read an insightful (imo) comment that this country will soon be flooded with a bunch of young YTers/social media types looking to capture some of that everlasting euphoria of millions of views, by trying to expose the next big fraud.

Will Progressive Conservatism be making a comeback?
It depends on what you mean by Progressive Conservatism, but when the news stops reporting the news and starts accepting large “marketing” purchase orders from your state government, it is sort of up to you to become the news.
There’s about a dozen or so folks doing similar work in Maine, although most suck at it and/or beg for money to do it. None of the people who write where I write ask for a single penny.
Other than insider access where established press has an advantage, anybody can submit FOAA/FOIA/whatever its called where you live records requests to the government.
A friend of mine recently discovered that Iman Osman (our incoming city councilor who campaigned from a condemned meth house and is under indictment for firearm theft) also ran an interpreter business that wasn’t even registered with the state, nowhere to be found on the corporate name search. He also speaks very little English, plus the business was located in the same address he claimed to live at, along with his completely fake nonprofit that received $65,522 in mass shooting donations. There’s also a chicken restaurant that’s not registered with the state operating there and a Halal market that isn’t registered with the state.
FOAA requests are also how we found the anonymous letter written to the city when the mayor appointed him to the school committee to fill a vacancy (after the meth bust), explaining in great depth how he’s recruiting for Al Shabab.
That’s just ONE guy in Lewiston, and it isn’t a coincidence he got picked to be on the school committee and run in Ward 5, which has a ton of Somalis and other immigrants who are issued driver’s licenses by the state so they can all vote as noncitizens. Even if they don’t have any documentation at all, they can still vote by signing a sworn statement saying they’re eligible.
Meanwhile, Democrats accuse anyone who brings all of this stuff up of racism and xenophobia.
Crickets from the establishment media on all of this, and what little they do mention only happens after everyone learns about it from social media.
It’s all completely bonkers, and a LOT of people will continue to refuse to believe any of it is true, even the stuff that’s provable with public records. My uncle who I love very dearly told me I sounded like a Klansman and wouldn’t believe me when I tried to explain how bad Lewiston has become with the shootings and social services being completely overrun by immigrants.
I think it literally breaks people’s brains to even contemplate the possibility that they’ve fallen for what is likely the largest scam in history. Especially well-educated people who have sneered at MAGA for over a decade now, fully convinced it is a fascist movement of subliterate suckers for right-wing propaganda.
Osman’s been politically connected for over a decade now, with the actual City of Lewiston social media promoting his fake translation business. This post is almost 10 years old. Again, that’s just ONE guy.
That would be a welcome rebirth of actual journalism in this country, which we desperately need. The fraud has been so obvious and widespread for so long, it would be easy for an actual federal investigative bureau (not the thing we are saddled with now) to sweep a lot of this up.
If anyone in the Republican Party was actually playing to win all of this would have been a priority on day one. Cut democrat funding, lock up the worst offenders, deport everyone tangentially involved. Lots of easy wins that would make some states competitive again for the Republican Party.
Unfortunately, Blondi and Patel are too corrupt, lazy and stupid to act unless you publicly grab them by the ear and drag them along. If I was betting on what happens in Minnesota my money would be Patel arrests three people, proclaims “we got em guys!” and flys off to see his girlfriend. The Republicans are the Washington Generals of American politics.

I’m doing fine. I’m just learning more facts about the local, state, and federal situation. The stakes are quite dire, and I say this as someone who has voted in “the most important election in history” for the last 25 years or so. The actual public policies in play today weren’t even on the discussion table in the early 00’s.
As I’ve said before, I don’t recommend following local or state politics as a hobby. You will learn stuff that you’re probably better off not knowing, and your ability to do anything about it is severely limited.
I can always write about it, as writing has always come naturally to me.
I’m still the same guy grounded in the same basic core ideas about government I have been for most of my adult life, including back when I was a Democrat opposed to neocons. Being able to explain yourself in depth is just a consequence of being a 45 year-old lifetime reader.
