It’s the only extreme the left understands. They believe in moral relativism, except they all agree NAZI=bad.
They are surprisingly big on actual Nazi policies, though. The word has really just been reduced to a swear word for American Republicans and, presumably, similarly-minded people in other parts of the world.
Rent control, wage control, price control, progressive taxation, and the idea of pursuing race-based social justice are all mainstream positions of the Democrats today. They just have different in and out-groups compared to the Nazis, and obviously the political movements happened in different time and places.
We have gone through our own version of Gleichschaltung over the last decade or so, with radical ideas being imposed on public institutions across the land, even the Boy Scouts, charities, and sports. They didn’t use the exact methods of Nazis, but the ideological control is certainly present.
A good example is the Maine Community Foundation, which is one of the largest charities in Maine that’s been in existence for decades, going all-in on DEI and transgenderism. We in Lewiston can only assume that “equity” was what guided them to collect 1.9 million dollars in donations to help mass shooting victims, then distribute those funds to 29 area nonprofits, with only 4 or 5 actually providing any type of service to the victims or families.
The rest were all immigrant and prisoner advocacy nonprofits, presumably awarded funds to bring about more “equity”.

Although if we want to go back to 1770, the white population was probably 0%, so . . .
Again, the “brand new” idea is using public money to incentivize people to move to a jurisdiction with freebies, paid for by the people who already live there, in order to import a new voting bloc of state dependents.
It goes even further than that, considering that our tax dollars have been being used to destabilize many of the places these people flee.
Adding to the irony, many of the people in that photo are fleeing Marxist disasters like Somalia, Angola, and the Congo, only to vote for more Marxist identity politics here.
It’s quite new in Maine as well, which was a very stable society that people of all colors and faiths were free to move to for its entire existence, but didn’t in large numbers until Democrats figured out a way to import new voters and drive political opposition out of the jurisdiction, calling all of the peaceful and productive people who objected “racist”.
It isn’t rocket science.

Minneapolis also didn’t exist in 1770. It was just woods populated by Native Americans who had no hope against guns, germs, or steel that was coming no matter what. If anything, they’re lucky it was European Christians who settled the continent, and not The Golden Horde, The Chinese, The Songhai, The Mamlukes, The Ottomans, or just about any other competing power of the 15th century. They would’ve been really screwed if The Aztecs went north.
All of these places being plundered by Democrats were built by productive people, regardless of how they came to occupy the land.

Professor Zitelman stated plainly in an interview I watched after reading his book, “Hitler was a social justice warrior”.
You just need to understand that ethnic Germans were the “marginalized” people in Germany, who believed they were treated unfairly by their neighbors and by “international Jewish finance”.
It was arguably just as totalitarian as Stalinism, even though Germans could retain nominal private property rights, as long as they were using their property in accordance with Nazi ideology.
Yeah, the meme is worded a little odd to push their point. But to me the picture is less about “look they’re all black kids” to “look they’re all foreigners.” I’d say those head scarfs are pretty brand new in that community. Past 20 years or so.
What a stupid headline. I read the emails this morning and they were error-ridden and vaguely worded, hardly proof that Trump was raping minors trafficked by Epstein.
Nothing in the headline mentions rape. Your lack of objectivity on all things Trump is pathetic.
This was a good reminder that not everything Nazis represented was evil. When it went to the total state control and race insanity it went really sour.
Of course many of these goals were just beatiful words and decorations. We have everyone heard about workers paradise or laissez faire, which have both turned to be as lies.

Hitler was deliberately vague on his economic policies as well. Like other forms of socialism, you have to give them power before you find out what they’re actually going to do.
He didn’t campaign on a MEFO Bill funny-money scam, RKK Certificate funny-money scams, or many of the state controls they implemented while they surfed the wave of financial gimmicks that fueled the so-called “economic miracle” that would’ve collapsed their economy without plundering Europe and North Africa.
That’s part of the danger of Democrats today. They make bold promises with vague words that can only be carried out with other people’s money. No politicians in Maine actually campaigned on implementing transgenderism in public schools as it exists today, let along campaigned on the dramatic demographic transformation they brought about.

If as a white parent you send your kids to school there, you are a horrible parent because you know THEY will be harassed/picked on for being the only “whitey” there. How sad. And I’m sure the neighborhoods that feed into that school are in great condition, no litter, no check cashing places, low crime….yeah, right.
