Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

No book burnings or threats to Jews in Maine that I’m aware of, but antifa operates with impunity in Lewiston. None of our elected officials have anything to say about political terrorism, as long as the terrorists remember to label their target a Nazi first. All of their targets have been people who’ve made public comment at school board meetings. I haven’t been targeted per se, but they did crop my name off of an open letter I sent to all of my elected officials, then attributed it to the person they were targeting in an attempt to destroy her new special needs childcare business. I’m not even sure why they did that, as there was nothing inflammatory in the letter besides asking them to stop calling Mainers fascists and Nazis.

Our mayor WILL make grandiose statements about bad jokes, as if the person who said “bomb Lewiston” on a podcast actually wanted to bomb the city. He will also cast himself as a brave resistance warrior, as if going into a gay bookstore in a woke town in a woke state is an “act of defiance”. It is all very bizarre to me, a 45 year old originally from the midwest.

The only way Maine politicians’ actions make sense to me is from a power politics and wealth extraction standpoint. Maine may just be the most backwards state in the union in 2025, since we don’t have the large professional class of the other deep blue states. Our schools are just awful now.

Speaking of backwards societies and bad schools, Maine Democrats finally achieved the Maine KKK’s only political policy priority in 2022, 100 years after the last Klan rally here. Public funding for Catholic schools was cut in 2022, and now St. Dominic’s is closing its high school. The Lewiston/Auburn area is about to lose some of our best families, who under no circumstances will send their children to our awful public schools. They’re just going to leave and our hospitals will be out a few more doctors and similar professional brain drain, and other professionals will never choose to live here in the first place.

Back to #resistance fighters…

I still don’t understand why people think it is a good idea to vandalize cybertrucks. Don’t they know those things have cameras that record the vehicle’s surroundings? A guy who runs a gay bar in Searsport called Hey Sailor got caught drawing a swastika on one and is now in damage control mode.

He’s only apologizing cuz he got caught!

Thats about as much as one can expect from somebody who decides they need to make a public address to his people after getting caught doing something so very dumb.

I see a bit of self-reflection in the words, but like you said, he’s only apologizing because he got caught.

I no longer wonder how a society can possibly produce things like Maoist struggle sessions, party loyalty declarations, or militant extremists. The whole affair seems to involve the same twisted thought processes that have appeared in every NOT REAL Socialist revolution in history.

They don’t need to burn what they ignore. Do they even know what books are?

If books aren’t a tool of oppression and representative of the patriarchy then:

Aggghhhhh! I have no words!!! Aggghhhhhh!

How do you make books? You bind them.

Seee? SEEE!!!

Burn the books!

It takes years of study to learn how to even read them!

Regular people don’t have the time for that, working 6 jobs instead of getting good at 1, paying ever increasing rent to try to outspend the government that supports the illegals by taking our money…

 Wait. Fuck.

Aaaagggghhhhhh! Burrn the cars!

I think woke will die out. There will probably be a purge within academic institutions as well as within government… For instance I go to a good university in Aus at the moment, and marxism, socialism, radical feminism etc are ALL the rage… but many of the facts they tout are not congruent with reality

I see white girls wearing Keffiyeh… absolutely absurd… and sometimes extremists from off campus have been known to show up (islamists a lot of the time) and rile up the students into protesting on campus.

They have a policy of not even being willing to talk to a “zionist” but in this case if you just say “I’m a Jew/I’ve been to Isreal” that’s probably enough for them to refuse to even glance in your direction… and if they could get away with it they’d escalate as they almost did with my brother on one occasion.

You’d think the universities would clamp down on Islamists who are not students waltzing onto campus and riling up members of the youth chapter of our local socialist party

University of technology in Sydney recently invited someone in to speak who said “we SHOULD be making Jews uncomfortable” and went on a tirade… Purge these institutions

These are the same academic facilities that make me take modules on how I can be less racist, sexist, ableist, white men have all the privilege etc… I had to do a module on indigenous rights and at the end they ask me if I’d be open to welcome to country ceremonies being more commonplace… And I get what Australians did to the indigenous population was really, really awful… But my family doesn’t descend from Aus… I do not hold a stake in this game and if so many students really hated Australia for taking land away from the indigenous then maybe they should go live on an indigenous reserve to showcase solidarity… Oh wait… those reservations are dangerous?

Perhaps they should leave Australia… There’s a reciprocal agreement between Aus and NZ… They could go live in New Zeland

I do believe the USA is one of the few countries left that does take antisemitism very seriously as opposed to much of Europe and Aus. The current Aussie PM tip toes around the issue as he’s worried about pissing off a muslim base of voters who are far more vocal and violent about their opinions. In Europe this has led to the rise of the far right (brothers of italy, AfD, national rally in France, party for freedom in Netherlands)

I can go on… this is being brought about from governments being totally unwilling to touch the issue of major crimes being committed by refugees and immigrants coming from societies that harbour incompatible values

Imagine two tiered criminal justice systems that can imprison someone like me for a twitter post but an 18 year old sexually assaulting a 13 year old gets off on house arrest because the judge rules “his religion didn’t teach him to respect women therefore it’s not his fault”

That kind of shit leads to extreme leaders being voted into power if no one else will take care of the issue… but in taking care of the issue these far right leaders have the potential to do a lot of economic damage.

It’s like an offshoot of woke… DEI style prosecuting… we have it in Australia too where we have had politicians be completely unwilling to admit certain issues for fear of being labelled racist which is insane and goes to show how awful many politicians are considering they’re aware of what they are ignoring yet choose to ignore an active threat to the safety and wellbeing of otherwise law abiding citizens.

“Inclusive” is a misapplied word these days and it’s not worth getting caught up on it. It has been adapted to mean “weird fucks in an era where they are unchecked” and inclusivity was never their goal.

Bring back old fashioned bullying, let snitches get stitches instead seeing something and saying something and allow nature to balance itself out.

It’s the only solution.

Pretty sure this was a response to 9/11.

And got out of hand

It definitely was. I remember seeing it in NYC at the time.

“Inclusion”, like “Equity” and “Diversity”, means whatever The Party says it means when they invoke it.

You’d think that Maine’s army of DEI enforcers would have a problem with actual Maine KKK policy being implemented in 2022. That policy was really the only big political push of the Maine Klan, and it was to cease funding Catholic schools. That was achieved by inventing transgenderism and adopting it as a state-sanctioned belief system, changing the definition of “human rights” to include compelled speech via transgender vocabulary. The Catholics have been teaching the same ideas the entire time.

Yesterday it was announced that St. Dominic’s is closing down its high school after this year. That’s not entirely on Maine Democrats, but a lot of it is. It is a very massive blow to Lewiston/Auburn and will seriously diminish our ability to attract professional-level talent to live and work here.

Many locals are of the belief that donations that could have kept the school afloat are being spent on migrants via Catholic Charities of Maine. I’ve never looked into their funding web, but that nonprofit has been a major architect in trafficking people to Maine. There is presently a big ruckus brewing, but I’m not optimistic the institution will remain open.

For an example of “Equity” in action, see my example explained in previous posts where the Maine Community Foundation siphoned off donations for Lewiston’s mass shooting victims to unrelated immigrant and prisoner nonprofits.

“Diversity” just meant anti-white and anti-Christian at first, now it means anti-Asian as well. Who knows what tomorrow will bring? Hispanics might soon be ready to join whites and Asians in our inherently oppressive existences.

I don’t really follow Maines political scene but have seen some interesting headlines lately.

I can tell you along the border Hispanics are tired of the woke shit. Generally they’re a very family oriented, hard working, traditional values bunch. But they know how to play the minority card too, so.

We had a generation where the counter culture actually achieved power briefly. There has always been an undercurrent but they somehow became mainstream. It’s all tucking under again though. Just a matter of time.

I doubt this. Its a top down movement, so the laymen can get the crap beat out of them all we want, and the impact is never felt at the top.

Im more inclined toward this being a political power motivated and completely synthetic movement, and the weaponized vocabulary (political doublespeak) should be a dead giveaway, because the pen is mightier than the sword. One swipe and thousands fall. I’ve been one of them.

But totally understandable that one may want to punch some of these dweebs into a locker or give them a swirly in a clogged toilet. I do too.

From a policy perspective top down can work for sure, and it is, but if the dweebs know better than to dweeb there won’t be any dweebing. Absolutely no reason why transvestites reading to kids shouldn’t be punched and stuffed in a locker for example.

Maybe they were punched and stuffed in lockers when they were kids, and this is their revenge.

Those people are irrelevant. They are a diversion from the real people behind woke. Ask yourself, who has benefitted most from woke policies? It’s privileged white women. Women like Peggy McIntosh; a white woman who grew up in a wealthy Jersey suburb. A woman who went to private school and later Harvard. The woman who popularized the concept of white and male privilege back in the 80s. These are the people behind woke. White women who fight racism yet support abortion rights even though black babies are aborted at a much higher rate than white ones. White women who fight the patriarchy and have been behind the demise of marriage while having been the product of stable nuclear families. McIntosh is in fact married. Her marriage was even announced in the NY Times social register. As skyz alluded, it’s a top down movement.

All the policy changes reversing DEI, which a few short months ago was hotly discussed as impossible on these boards, are the top down efforts. However, there are still weirdos out there who have been fully indoctrinated. An entire generation, and probably 1.5. That’s a slow burn for policy influence to catch up, especially since it wouldn’t likely be a 1:1 time ratio as they’ll be pushing their message as long as they can where they do have spheres of influence.

So organize a better systematic process to route out new trash, but don’t forget to take out the old too before the trashcan starts to stink up the house. Make it acceptable to ostracize weirdos again. Keep them in their weird boxes and un-influential .
