Trump 2025 - Resuming The National Nightmare Of Peace And Prosperity (Part 1)

Well at least you’ve confirmed we have different opinions on what authenticity is

He did a podcast and yelled Fight for a photo op. Cool. Super authentic

Im sure if Kamala had done the podcast you would give her full points for being “authentic”, or would you say she just went in there and lied for 3 hours?

Mostly a rhetorical question, no need to waste ink on it, as I said we just see being authentic two different ways

If trump did those things but was a democrat would you consider him authentic and vote for him? Or is really just his ideas you endorse so that’s what makes him authentic?

Bro, have you ever had a gun pointed at you? I have, and it’s fucking scary. Luckily, nobody’s shot at me yet. What Trump did took some balls, big ones.

I would’ve given her credit for doing the podcast. The reason she didn’t is the same reason 60 Minutes had to deceptively edit her interview to make her appear more competent, which still wasn’t very competent. She wasn’t competent.

Trump let everyone see all of his flaws on Rogan, see how he can keep it together in a way that can’t be scripted or ear pieced in. He also freely offered his opponents cherry picking of whatever they wanted from that, along with MANY other long speeches and tweets.

Kamala, meanwhile was a carefully-curated media personality. Biden was. Biden happened.

Do you not see this at all?

T-nation has been literally been my training ground for local political activism for the Maine Independent Party of Me, who wants Maine government to not suck for my kid.

Not sure if you knew this or not, but she was camped out here in Pittsburgh for a week doing acting lessons and rehearsals for her debate with Trump.

Thats not authentic. Thats the opposite.

Here’s my take on it, in the interest of time and space let’s focus on the interview.

Rogan was a known sympathetic trump figure at that point with no intent to push back, nor the knowledge to do so outside of some kind of milquetoast follow up to something he might say in the interview

Remember that time he confused the thing trump said for the thing biden said? When he thought Biden said it the reaction was that he needs to step down, but when he found out trump said it “oh so he just fucked up”. Completely different reaction when he found out jt was actually trump and not Biden. As seen in the first minute of this clip

It was obviously going to be a completely safe softball interview, and it was. He got a teeny amount of “do you have any proof it was stolen?” Election questions but was completely happy to move on after “we will send it to you” … spoiler alert, he didn’t.

Here’s a variety of times trump walks off interviews because he doesn’t like getting questioned: Every Interview Donald Trump Has Walked Out of—Full List - Newsweek

Now you might say it’s super authentic to stand up to the biased media and not take their BS lying down and give them what they deserve by walking off… I see a soft, weak person unable to defend themselves and trying to create drama and controversy instead of owning up to what they’ve said and only willing to sit down for what he knows will be completely safe interviews.

Some people like to prepare to lead the free world so they don’t have a “they’re eating the dogs” moment.

People aren’t allowed to prepare for massively important moments? I guess if your fans dont give 2 shits how you come off it doesn’t matter though , in fact the more bullshit the better in his case it seems like. More libs being owned

If being authentic means you say completely stupid shit live on TV over and over again, suffice to say I don’t understand the appeal

No dude. They had people coaching her on how to speak, rehearsing lines, and doing practice runs on a set with a Trump look alike.

That was for a week. She wasn’t preparing to lead the free world. She was trying not to get gutted on live TV.

A photo op?

I am officially diagnosing you with TDS, before I even read your last 2 posts

I’ve been a Rogan fan for a long time and he was literally a Bernie Sanders supporter while Biden was still in office. Rogan was already loaded and did business on his own terms at that point, beholden to nobody. He’s never claimed to be anything he’s not. His only expertise is comedy and martial arts, maybe hunting too. He’s popular because of that, not in spite of that.

Back to your TDS, and I’m trying to help you here dude, it wasn’t a softball interview compared to any other interview given by anyone to any candidate in that election. The fact that he did it, and Kamal didn’t, is massively significant.

It’s okay to not like Trump, but to act shocked and perplexed at why someone might disagree with you in 2025 is involving some pretty wild mental gymnastics.

You can’t stage being shot in the ear for a photo op. You should really, really reflect on what led you to come to that kind of conclusion.

Correct, winning the debate was a step on the path to the presidency. Which is was is needed to lead the free world.

She successfully avoided getting gutted, meanwhile trump committed suicide but his followers simply don’t care.

Can you show me where I said that?

Just above in the post I quoted where you described his “fight” reaction as a photo op.

Im not acting shocked or perplexed, again you attribute things to me I am not doing or saying

I understand trumps appeal, i just disagree with the guy on a lot and personally find him distasteful

Correct. I didn’t say he faked getting shot

He obviously understood that moment as an opportunity to project a specific image and took advantage of it. He stood up and did his FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT thing knowing it was be on every paper in the world the next day (also knowing that whatever else he did would as well)

Im sure he was assured the known threat was neutralized and they were going to be escorting him off to safety

If I have TDS you have TGS - trump glazing syndrome where every reaction you have to him is filtered through a thick, Krispy Kreme like glaze of positivity and nothing he can do is bad and he is given every single benefit of the doubt every lie is in service to some greater victory or good so they are actually a good thing and add to the authenticity instead of detract from it

You seem to have a very George Carlin type view, where he puts his bullshit right out front so that makes it good (as was his joke about Clinton - “hi folks im full of shit, how do you like that?”) skip to 2:30, but I like the whole bit

I thought he was what they call a dandy.

That would be Carter, and you know it.

Come on man…
You can actually watch her remember her lines and pick back up like she was singing a song.

She needed to learn how to talk and you’d rather have her lead the free world? In from of Xi or Putin?

There’s a little old town up the river called Monongahela. Very similar to Lewiston, in how its a little out of the way, but big enough to be significant at the state level that has been subject to the same treatment.

The people there know what he was saying.

Right… hes probably saying there’s a lot of brown people in town lately, but he’s so authentic he can’t actually say that so he has to say other things because he’s so authentic

Or if it’s not that why don’t you tell me what it is, im not from that town so I can do is take trumps words for what he says

It’s why the idea in his first term that his “supporters took him seriously but not literally and his detractors took him literally but not seriously” popped up, you can’t actually take what he says at face value and if you try he will weasel out of it (authentically)

Still better than an actress, a geriatric, and killary.

If you want to win, you gotta do better.

I see the Trump standing, ear pierced, blood flowing down his, face with Secret Service totally covering him up. Moments later Trump rises pumps his fist in the air and shouts, “Fight. Fight. Fight.” and only see two explanations.

  1. Trump’s reaction is the natural reaction of a fighter.
  2. It was a photo op opportunity. Trump knows he is hit and feels warm liquid flowing down his face. His ice cold blood pumping through his veins keeps him cool and composed. His quick mind sees an unbeatable photo op for the campaign.
