TRT + with Drosta Enanthat

Hello gentlemen,

my name is Andi, I am 50 years old and I am from Germany. I have been training since I was 18, with some breaks. Some values:
179 cm
83 kg
and ~ 15% body fat.

Last year I did a blood test because of some symptoms.
Test and free test were low and SHBG high. I tried some supplements but since 2 months I decided to start a TRT with Test E 60 mg E3D. Now after 2 months I am doing much better.

Had some side effects, sensitive nipples and sweating. I added some Proviron 25 mg ed and the side effects are gone. I did a second bloodtest few days before. Everthing was good except prolactine its was i little bit high out of range. For that i use agnus castus al and l-dopa.

Anyway, I want to add some Drosta E 40 mg E3D becauseI don’t want to take pills anymore. Is Drosta E in that amount suitable for long term use?

The problem is that almost nobody in Germany knows anything about TRT, so I’m politely asking here.

Many thanks and regards

If by Drosta E you mean Masteron E.
It may not be suitable for long term use, but everyone is different as to how they respond.
The “Anabolic Doc” has a YouTube channel that has some good information on this topic.
Check it out.

yes, Masteron E.

I already saw some videos of “Anabolic Doc”. But it is not clear to me if Masteron is suitable for long-term use. I read the comments of some users and there the same. ok i will check it out by my self and do bloodwork and all the nessesary stuff. Thanks anyway for your respond.

Hi Andi, for long term my opinion is no. Drostanolone is known to cause prostate enlargement (albeit temporary) and can cause problems with cholesterol (particularly increase LDL).

If your prolactin isn’t too far out of range I wouldn’t worry about it as most values fluctuate. You could possibly also use P-5-P (active form of B6) to reduce prolactin sides. If you go down this route, do some research on dosage and be mindful that P-5-P is fat solulble so it can lead to toxicity if you consistently take excessive amounts.

Thanks for the tip about P-5-P. I’ll take a look at it and try it out. I’ve read a lot about Proviron. I use it too and maybe I’m imagining that it helped with my sensitive nipples. Proviron is supposed to have fewer side effects and a similar effect to Mast, apart from the anabolic effect?

I just don’t feel like taking any more tablets. If it’s the better choice, I’ll stick with Proviron. I’m not quite sure which direction I’ll go.

I’ll just try it out and add Mast E with 20 mg e3d to my TRT and take it for 4 weeks and see what the effects/side effects are.

Well… if you start taking Mast E then drop the proviron imo, they’re similar in their interaction.

Have you thought about Primo? If you’re after something to mainly control the symptoms of elevated E2 this might be a better choice. Takes a bit more to dial in, but the side effects of Primo are much milder compared to long term Mast use.

You can drop the proviron if you start using either of these. If you took P-5-P you could drop the Agnus Castus and L-Dopa. That is in total dropping three tablets and replacing it with one.

If you want to go for long term masteron use, get your PSA levels and cholesterol checked regularly.

yes, I also thought about Primo. In German forums, some guys told me that they had libido problems after taking Primo for a while. That’s why I thought about Mast E or Proviron.

I will definitely have a blood test every 2-3 months.

But what I have noticed is that since I started doing TRT, the tip of my penis has been very sensitive. The feeling is good during sex, but having an orgasm vaginally is difficult, unless my girlfriend do a HJ or BJ :-).

Could it be about the prolactin value is to high
