So I have two other topics here, where i started 300 mg of test e a week and later tested trt doses 50mg - 100mg a week.
I have learned a bit about my body during these 2 years, but one thing that I have learned is that, when I dont do test i just feel shit, i dont sleep, i have no motivation and i am moody.
Why I know that ? Because i have come off " cycle / trt " twice now. Right now I am on hcg only. I feel OK but nothing special, feels like just being, no big motivation etc.
Problems that i had:
- HCT / HB over normal
- Prolactin over normal ( but sometimes doing blood tests it was within normal range )
- E2, but second time i did not use any AI during my 300mg test e week cycle and felt OK, aside some random acne breakout on my back during 14-16 week.
- Blood pressure was high during day, but as I rested ( Morning and evening, its was ok ) .
So, to battle issues I had:
- I bought HCT HB home meter, so I dont have to give blood every time I need to know my results ( right now I have 46%hct and 156HB )
- Prolactin ( Seems that it rises with E2 for me, If E2 goes too high even tho i dont feels any sides, prolactin also rises )
My tought was to add another compound like Primo or Masteron, so that i should not use AI.
3.As for my blood pressure, it seems that whenever is my HCT high ( Europe normal high is 49% , USA normal high is 54 %, i had 52% ), mine blood pressure is higher.
To combat that : Alots cardio, water and blood donations. As I have now hb and hct home tester, i would like to see how much cardio and water intake impact that.
I have also question. As I am researching primo and mast and thinking of adding this to my routine, what would be the best or good staring point for test and other comp ? I would like to lower my test to 200-250mg week and add some of above.
So far I have not had any baldness issues, but as i understand, if I see hair dropping out, I can quit another comp and sides should dissapear quite fast.
