I started TRT about 10 weeks ago through a T clinic. Currently I’m injecting 60mg twice a week, and taking 60mg of Clomid on injection days. Current labs have me at 964 TT, 22FT, 35 SHBG , and 36 e2. I have had the lowest libido of my life since starting. I can get about 70% hard with 5 minutes of manual stimulation. I had zero issues prior to starting. I’ve also gained 15 pounds. Is this an estrogen issue? My provider recommended a low dose of Anastrozole, but I would rather not take it but this is miserable. Is it the Clomid? I don’t care about fertility and told them that, they still recommended it. I do have body fat in the low 20s, so I probably aromatize more
