TRT Shot Before Blood Work?

I have been on TRT for several weeks now and about to go get my first blood work since starting.

I have been taking 100mg a week but instead of one shot I do three small shots.

Anyways my blood work is due on Wed. morning. I am due to take one of my shots on Wed. morning.

For accuracy should I go ahead and take the shot before the blood work or just wait and take it after my blood work?

I would follow your protocal and take the test with in 2 hours of waking and on a empty stomach. The reason for 3 shot a week is to keep a steady state. If you have that, then it should not matter what day you test.

Are your injections sub- q or IM? Could make a difference but either way, if it were me I would wait until after your draw to inject.

They are IM. Been using 29 Gauge 1/2" needle and going into triceps and pecs. I have liked the results thus far. My first several weeks I did one shot a week and then tried two shots a week but felt like crap and nipples were itchy.

Since switching to three shots a week I feel alot better.
