So my doctor put me on Testosterone replacement therapy at 23. My test level was 246. I am 25 now. I believe now that the reason my levels were so low was due to my diet and overtraining. I was trying to stay very lean all the time and was working myself into the ground with weightlifting. So the point of all of this is to ask how I could come off trt (like a pct) or if I should even try.
Thank you to anyone who responds.
What did your complete labs look like at the time? As in before you starter TRT. While lifestyle changes can greatly influence T levels I’m a bit skeptical. Either way if you use the search bar for PCT it’s basically the same approach.
Make sure you are eating some good fats daily.
Do you remember your FSH and LH levels?
Yes, a PCT
