Can i take l-carnitine or the like to help control E2 before I go back? How does lifters who are actually “roiding out” prevent the E2 kill? He said he was doing it to see where my levels are after. He said then we would choose injections or gel but for now do both. I do have to say a friend of mine had the same thing and after 6 months he said he feels great and has improved his physique DRAMATICALLY. Not what I am goin for. I just want to feel normal. If I gain some size and dump some weight at the same time thats cool too. My main goal is to go back

400 mg of test C injection ? And more next week ? You have to be misunderstanding what he did because why would he do that . Normal protocol for test C is 100mg per week with a max of 200mg per week - these amount should bring you to high levels of normal range .
Besides the fact that 400 is about 3-4x normal amount used the chances are that some of that 400 changing to estrogen is very likely without an AI . This will cause all kind of anti testosterone effects - trust me , I just got hit with ED after 6 weeks of 100 mg injections and no AI ( damn stubborn drs - I told him before I started I was concerned with aromatase but they said it is not an issue )

My total T was at 227…didn’t get Free T tested…seemed no reason, as I felt like crap allthe time…mornin’ wood a thing of the past. Urologist started me on Gels…bit of a pain with young kids…decent results, nothing spectacular. Switched to pelletes…after a year of tracking blood work every 3 months I quit the pellets. Pain in the ass quite literally, as you have a sack of pellets dissolving over 3 months in your ass cheek…so you spike really high…then gradually fall as the pellets dissolve…I quit that.
I proposed to my GP Dr. that I start on shots for more controlled levels with an AI and HCG…he said he only did shots once every 2 weeks in office…just not going to work.
Now I take 500 Test-E per week, soon switching to 200 per week, along with an AI .25mg EOD…and HCG 2per week.
Check out Increase My T (not who i use…but they are good and legit)…may save you money…and give better results.

Mah, I had the same experience with testopel. Doctors make a lot of money off of them, which is why they are often suggested by doctors. Although some older men (45-60) claim success with them. They are currently dealing with a lot of issues with insurance paying for them because of how expensive they are.
