TRT = Nandrolone? Oxandrolone? Stanozolol? HGH?

I am 59 and looking to go on TRT ASAP. I’m in great shape (running, hiking, excellent diet) but haven’t worked out in a very long time. I took up an extremely rigorous weightlifting routine and have been able to put on ZERO lean muscle. Very frustrating, and very demoralizing!

As expected I do have the other symptoms of low-T, and want the best possible results – including the best chance to build the most muscle possible. And yes I am interested in a legit TRT clinic to be legal, have medical supervision, etc. I’m in Los Angeles, online seems fine, local clinics seem ridiculously overpriced.

I see some clinics offer Testosterone only. (and of course also Aromatase Inhibitors, hCG, etc)

But some clinics offer an entire menu of options: Testosterone Cypionate, Nandrolone Decanoate, Oxandrolone, Stanozolol/Winstrol, HGH/Omnitrope, etc.

It sure seems like some mix of these options would allow for better muscle growth. Is it a no-brainer: just choose one of the clinics with more options? Should I tell them up-front that muscle-building is a top-priority, or are there some ‘magic words’ you need to tell them (I have joint pain!) to get them to prescribe these? Have you had any experience working with a clinic to tweak the mix to optimize muscle growth? Or should I not even worry about this, and regular Testosterone will allow for as much muscle gain as one could expect pushing 60? (and not going crazy with “real” steroids)

TIA.

Get on the TRT and build a relationship… Start there in 12 months see how you feel

Are you hypogonadal?

This is great advice. Get the actual trt nailed down and then think about additions down the road.
This is not something you want to rush. You want to get it right.

Do you want proper medical care with longevity considered or legal steroids? Sounds like more the latter.

You’re putting the cart before the horse here. If you’re age related low T or hypogonadal then getting your levels normalized will help with all aspects of recovery and normal muscle building. Tons of other health benefits as well. Start there. Don’t worry about the accessory meds that are not a good fit anyway for someone in their 60 s.

Defy Medical provides good quality care as well as what you’re looking for and that’s where I would personally start. Call them for telemedicine, get your lab draws, and see what you’re working with.

This…….^^^^^

It sounds like you are interested in this for physic purposes mostly, and there is nothing wrong with that. However, If you choose to go the TRT route, or the TRT + route, Or the TRT ++ route ( The kitchen sink ) approach. I think you will find that .THERE ARE NO CHEAT CODES OR SHORTCUTS IN BODYBUILDING. It all takes time, and at your age ( no offence) if you want to still be around to see this thing through? I’d start with TRT only if your hypogonadal and be prepared to put in some LONG TERM WORK.
