TRT is in My Future. Had Questions

Hey, I’m new to this forum. I have been attempting to research my medical issues myself since I am often frustrated by doctors lack of finding results efficiently.

A little background, I am 23 and I believe I injured myself while doing stupid penis enlargement exercises. I didn’t go to the doctor until I had severe varicocele and an atrophied left testicle. I had surgery on the varicolcele, but it is not fully gone. So my left testicle is severely atrophied, and I believe my right testicle is much smaller than it should be.

I was a late bloomer, but looking back I was just beginning to produce large amounts of testosterone. All of my genetics point to the fact that I was going to have a very high testosterone level. I have also become very skinny, cannot grow a full beard, have ED, and am losing my hair (body hair is actually thinning and a quickly receding hairline at 23). I am fairly certain that my testosterone levels have severely declined when they should be at their peak.

As I write this it becomes even more clear to me that I have to be more assertive with my doctor, who says my T-levels are in the normal range. I returned a 547 total T, 2.00% Free T, 109.4 Free T. To me it seems very logical that my level is supposed to be very high (my dad and mom’s brothers are all very big with angry aggressive sides and have very thick facial hair) and it is much lowered from that level.

Even though my numbers may be in the normal levels, it is abnormal for what my body is built for. After reading a few of these posts, it seems you folks are very knowledgeable about the subject. I was hoping someone here would have a little insight into my situation and the possible effectiveness of TRT. Thanks.
