Shit talk me if you want but might have actually pulled a bone head move into a good move.
Im late 30s. Cycled a few times many years ago. Been lifting for about 10 years. Done having kids and interested in TRT to just live my best life.
So here is the dumb shit I did but it might have helped me but want your take on it.
I took Ostarine and cardarine for 6 weeks from june to mid july. Work decently. No test. At week six felt like absolute dog shit. I believe i tanked my test levels. Immediately got off when i realized this. Took 2 weeks of Nolva. Starting feeling more normal.
Now its been a little over 1 month from pct, so over 5 halflives of nolva (so should be out of system). I we to my PCP and told her, hey i feel like shit, my libido is down, i work out all the time but dont gain muscle or lose fat. Did the song and dance.
She was like we should check you test levels and thyroid.
So I am getting bloodwork from pcp on Tuesday. I hope I can get the holy grail of my pcp providing trt so insurance picks up the tab.
So in short by tanking my test and it likely not being recovered, i might get trt with insurance.
So my questions are:
Being 7 weeks out from Ostarine will they be able to tell i took it?
What about Cardarine?
What about nolva?
Do you think its likely my levels are still realitivily low based on this senario?
In reality you have no idea what’s going on inside of you. But getting bloodwork is a good step. I’d imagine temporary suppression from the drugs and a return to baseline after. The Nolva isn’t without side effects, so the reason you feel like shit now is just a side effect of that
Appreciate the response. I feel like 85% back to bormal as of now. Little low libdo still. Motivation and energy is 85%. Compared to at end of ostarine.
Nolva didnt make me feel bad really but also might be because i was feeling like garbage before hand.
Hey man, so full disclosure with your doctor is usually a really good thing, especially when getting your bloodwork done. Your bloodwork isn’t a drug test, it’s a hormone check essentially. So many steroids effect our blood in similar ways that it’d be almost impossible for any doctor to determine what you are on based solely on the bloodwork being taken, HOWEVER they will almost always be able to tell if you’ve ever been on any kind of gear. Just be honest, this stuff is so common that your doctor probably won’t even think it’s a big deal.
