TRT Injections, Right Side Hurts

I’m new to TRT, almost a month. I use Testosterone Enanthate Depot which is very thick in consistency and inject with 24 or 25 guage, 1" or 5/8" needle.

I’ve injected a total of six times till now, I use quads and Deltoids for injection site, three times each side, left and right.

Now my question/dilemma is my left side hurts a little but my right side hurts like hell and becomes feverish and stay sore and painful for more than week every time, although I use same everything for both sides. Is this common? Is there a solution to this or am I stuck to using my left side forever?

Try a different spot? I rotate the thighs and ventroglutes

This is a reaction, maybe to the oil your test is in. Some soreness is expected starting out, but fever and sore for weeks isn’t normal

But reaction only on my right side and body on the left? That’s my main concern.

I rotate between quads and Deltoids, but the pain is always on the right quad and the right delt. Why only on the right side?

You need to go to Dr in case you have an infection.

It does sound like an infection

I hope you are disinfecting the injection site before injecting. Try 29 gauge insulin syringes.

I have found that if I inject too close to my knee or my hip it’s quite painful, but if I inject midway I feel no pain at all.

I always thoroughly clean the area with alcohol swabs, Often use two swabs.

My question still remains unanswered, Why only on the Right side of my body?
Even if it’s a reaction, an infection or whatever, why always only on the right side? That’s what I really want to know, that does that happen to anyone else too? Are there good sides and bad sides?

You have bruises which havent healed. Keep pinning in those areas and they will continue to hurt.
You also may be sleeping on that side more. Dont over think it man. You’re not rotting. Just get 28g or 29g needles that are 1/2” long and pin in the VG for a whole week. Once you heal, go back to rotating. This is not that complicated. I remember using 23g needles and the hematomas would be the reason for a switch to thinner gauge needles
