TRT Headaches, Pressure, Blood Work Analysis

Just looking to see if anyone here can give me some advice regarding head pressure I’ve been getting for the last couple months.

I went to my doctor a couple years ago asking him to check testosterone levels. I just wasn’t feeling 100%, low libido, weak erections. Everything still functional, couldn’t maintain as long as I’d like. And just not optimal where I’d like it. He wasn’t interested in testing saying I was likely fine for my age. It’s not something doctors are familiar with here in the east coast of Canada. And our health care system sucks ass right now.

Some stats on me.
42 yrs old, 180 lbs, 5’9
Fairly active, physical job, always on my feet but not demanding where it would wear me out.
I do some biking once a week and go to the gym on and off. Average once a week or so, but it goes in spurts.

Finally took the plunge and got some gear from what I felt was a decent source, guy at the gym who was huge. He was using Syn Pharma stuff.

I started out a year ago with a 3 month cycle of Test E @ 350mg wk ( was pinning 175 twice a week)
Libido went through the roof, morning wood was fantastic, put on 20 lbs, half of it water I’d say.

Then dropped down to 180 wk for a few months and then finally dropped to 120mg wk where I’ve been for the last 6 months or so. This is also divided between two shots a week.
All shots are IM

I was hoping things would level out and my test would be a high normal but I started getting head pressure a couple months ago and I can’t nail down why.
I was thinking it was high RBC.
I donated blood a month ago, didn’t seem to make a difference. I have another donation appt in a couple weeks.

Fluids should be good, I drink close to 3 litres a day, every day in just water, not counting other fluids.

I went back to a nurse practitioner and she sent me for blood work.
My blood pressure is slightly high sometimes, they put me on the machine where they tested it 5 times in 15 minutes but they said it wasn’t concerning to them. Average was 131/83

Anyone have any idea what might cause this head pressure I get every day? I can really feel it sometimes if I lay down during the day and then stand up.
Doesn’t bother me at night or when I first get up in the morning.
Estrogen ?

Your Total T and estrogen are low. No wonder you have high blood pressure. You present with low aromatase enzymes (-> low estrogen) which convert testosterone to estrogen. So unless you’re taking a supplement that acts as a natural aromatase inhibitor, then you may have an aromatase deficiency.
