Hey all. I’m new here and still pretty new to TRT (been about a year trying to figure out the right dosing for me.) I find that I feel great around 80mg/a week (pinning e3.5d) and wanted some feedback on my bloodwork. My endo wanted to lower my dose to 60mg/a week but I tried for 5 weeks and I was dragging feet after a solid 1.5 days (legit pinned sat night, by monday I could nap like all day until it was my time to pin again wed). Just wanted to get input on hct levels, tt, etc and if you think I should donate. I appreciate any input and your time. The previous numbers you’ll see is from 100mg/ a week. Also, I was dehydrated going into these labs- she sprung them on me and I barely had 1l of water in my system at the time we did bloods.
i’ve been running this problem forever on TRT. there is no magic pill. daily Tprop (not Tcyp) lowered my hemoglobin by 1. I do donate, it has a lot of benefits (clearing out microplastic for ex.), just make sure to test your ferritin and don’t crash it and if you do, follow this:
https://vorck.com/erythrocytosis.html#ferritin
Is anything in my bloodwork like worrisome or “red alert”? I probably will donate once a Q if that is recommended.
You felt great, so change it until you don’t feel great?
I’m very new to all this so I was just following my endo. Just trying to do this as healthy as I can but I went back up to 80mg/week. My libido, mood, energy, everything was terrible on 60mg. I just wanted to make sure I’m not like a ticking time-bomb or something with my bloods (despite being incredibly dehydrated). Will be doing a CBC soon to get a more accurate reading.
