TRT & Anastozole

Hi I am not sure where the proper place to post this is so i apologize if this is the wrong category.

Some background here: I am 30 years old and have been on TRT for 3 years now. I currently take 200mg of test c /week and Anastrozole 1.5mg / week. As well as 250iu of HCG per week. I feel like I am on a pretty high TRT dose but my testosterone levels are quite low imo. I attached my most recent bloodwork. I have friends who are on a lower dose than I and have 900+ testosterone levels. I am honestly at the point now where i am considering blasting 500mg per week and then eventually go back down to my 200mg cruiser

My question is after doing much research. 1.5mg of anastozole seems very high. is it possible my test is low and wont increase because of my AI dosage? I copied my bloodwork to show that it appears my estrodial is in the normal range so if i lowered my AI dosage would i risk coming out of this range? If i lowered my AI from what I read, my testosterone levels could also increase?

really just looking for some thoughts and input here. I appreciate it and thank you in advance.

First glance - Are you going through a physician, or is this UGL Testosterone Cypionate?

Post your Free T numbers. Iā€™ll bet they are pretty high. Perhaps your LOW SHBG is causing you issues/concerns.

Your SHBG is almost zero, you need ED injections for such a low number to reach higher T levels. Give it a try, 4 weeks. Also, 1.5 mgs Letrozole per week for such a baby dose is madnessā€¦. Lower it to 0.5 per week.

I was taking 1 mg per week for almost 2 grams / week of gear combined.

You have your E2 in range just because of the HCG. Otherwise you would tank it down with that much AI.

Unfortunately my last labs didnā€™t show free T numbers. not sure why they didnt order that as part of the panel.

appreciate the response. This is the problem with some of these trt ā€˜clinicsā€™ i feel like they have no idea what they are doing.
