When I was on a twice a week injections 2×100 test a week and HCG 250iu twice a week my numbers were:
TT: 1300
FT: 30
E2: 49
DHT: 52
SHBG: 37
My erections and libido weren’t good. My " Doctor" told me to add 0.25 Anastrazole twice a week. I didn’t do it because so many people said that Anastrozole is the devil. Then instead, I do EOD injections, M,W,F 200 test total. I didn’t check my blood levels, but I don’t feel better. I’m thinking maybe if I do twice a week with Anastrazole I will be able to reduce my E2, increase FT and DHT. Please, I really need advice, also do I need HCG?
If you’re having issues with your e2 then yes, using adex is warranted. The dose you proposed is a good place to start. Try it for a few weeks and see how it makes you feel.
You need an AI. Estrogen levels are probably high or your a converter. Start with the .25 and see how you respond. If you still having issues kick it up to .50…everyones body is different.

Is 49 for E2 high,?
Not really, no. Mine is 45 and I feel great. But the number means nothing if you’re having symptoms. Treat the man not the number.
What number is your DHT and SHBG?
As of August:
DHT 41 (11-95)
SHBG 7 (14-95)

People who are being prescribed 200 and higher do not have the numbers that the OP has by as shown by lab work. The OP could get more out of TrT by lowering the dose and not needing an AI.
Not to mention, if the OP decided to blast in the future, he could do it on a lower than the standard 500mg per week, because he knows his body responds well to lower doses. 300-400 mgs would probably put him 1800 up to 2200 for Free T. Do more with less before the body adapts to the higher dose.

Exactly what @newbvet said. His numbers are too high. Reducing T could solve a lot of,problems.
what would you say is the standard TRT dose?
Stardard, I believe is 100mgs per week. Then adjusted from there after 6-8 weeks, backed up by lab work.
Newbvet said it right. Start with 100mg and give it enough time to work. Probably a good idea to not start with the hcg well.
I would give Adex a try. I inject 80 twice a week. And take .0125 ED. So far this protocol is working best for me.
