Hi Guys,
Numbers upfront:
6’3
234lbs
Realistically I reckon I’m 15~18bf right now
150mg test cyp per week (dosed twice a week evenly) via insulin 29g in belly.
I’ve been on self medicated TRT (Cyp) for 3 years. Same lab, consistent feelings, health and energy . Generally speaking it’s been a good experience. Did a few cycles before then and inherently shut myself down. Came off a couple of times successfully and then attempted a full blown PCT 3 years ago after having enough and having came off for our 3rd baby. All good there.
Long story short, it ended up tanking hard after conceding him and my T levels despite coming up on the meds, once I weened off, eventually it left me broken so hence a small dose of T - twice a week.
Feel fantastic. I do find that I still need to take cialis every so often and I’d say every 8/9 weeks I tend to have a few days where I have ED for real. But I put up with it and know from experience that it’s short lived and all comes back. But it’s swings around. I don’t take any anti E, made that mistake years ago with some of the cycles I did and figured that with smaller - ordinary doses I shouldn’t need to take it. And it’s been fine. I don’t take HCG.
I wanted to start to diet down a bit so last month kept my t dose the same of course but added some Anavar. Hardness, strength increase, felt a bit short of breath mind but also found that I didn’t need cialis at all. Different level and felt like a teenager again if you know what I mean.
So my question to those that wanted to share some thoughts is - why? I’ve messed up in hindsight because one thing I’m guilty of is labs. I’ve done them in the past but I haven’t done the recently and I didn’t take a measure before the Anavar and during. Maybe this will be your advice and answer but I was still wanting to get some thoughts from the community.
Does Anavar lower SHBG? Wonder if this is potentially highlighted an issue with the TRT regimen.
I do plan on getting some labs done - think the UK here isn’t great for estrogen but it’s probably time to have a check in anycase.
I appreciate labs will provide data but what I’d love is some general thoughts.
Thanks a lot
