To rule out testosterone swings causing the heart paps and I can Try to do EOD? Suppose to get a heart patch to investigate heart paps again. May wait for that.
I’ll let you know what preg is when it comes in later this week

After you get your ticker validated, I would try to change to ED if possible and raise your dose just a tad. On further thought, if you could just move to ED and keep the same dose, that may get you where you want to be.

Also, I would up the DHEA to around 25mg if you can tolerate it.

You should really look into some diet changes my friend to get those lipids (Triglycerides in particular) under control. I won’t preach to you because I know you’ve heard that sermon before! lol

@dbossa tell him about that nerve you mentioned twitches by the heart and is mistaken for heart paps. Not sure if it’s his issue but an interesting find.

Charlie keep your dose where it’s at. Your e2 is great and I think in the coming months you will strengthen your heart and organs. I wouldn’t be surprised if allot of your issues go away. Last I recall it was 22 or something right?

Give it time brother.

He will benefit heavily in the lipid and blood pressure department now that his e2 is above 40 and free t is above 20. I agree he will probably feel even better closer to 25.

I think I’ve guided like ten men in the last few months who had their estrogen 20/30. Common symtoms with almost all men we’re heart issues. Blood pressure issues. Anxiety and bad lipids.

They simply increased dose and dropped Ai. Usually two to three weeks out everything gets better. It’s amazing how this makes such an impact in our health.

Don’t know if I mentioned it but my echocardiogram shows slightly abnormalities, but I was iron and potassium deficient at the time. Your heart needs iron and potassium to function properly.

Once I corrected these deficiencies heart function returned to normal.

I was going to start taking daily resveratrol. I did 23&me and put through promeathease and something about needing it to activate SIRT1. Plus I do not drink any wine.

I really hate to introduce something else when numbers look good. I really don’t want to take anything that lowers my free t. And I will be taking 200mg resveratol.

Nice, I like this extra data…well worth the price if you ask me. Did you run it through Dr. Rhonda Patrick’s site as well? I think it’s $10.

In regard to resveratrol and wine, there is only 1.8mg per 5oz glass of wine so it really isn’t the method to take it in.

Here is Dr. Patrick’s reseveratrol write up. She has been hyper focused on it lately. She doesnt mention T or E being effected:

Ran dna with Rhonda. Good stuff

I need low rep high load
Hiit
Vit d
Vit e
Choline (and betaine and Phosphatidylcholine which are made from choline) May have something to do with my NAFLD , high triglycerides, and to lower homosystein
Fish oil ( I have issues converting ALA to omega 3)
I will be eating 1 egg a day for choline. Maybe 2.

Saturated fat very bad 4 me. I need polyunsaturated Intake for many reason due to my genes.

Need resvratol and a 16 hour fast with resv is needed for me to clear stem cells since I have a jak2 mutation.

Good shit. But am sure I already altered my destiny. Lol

I hit a few of those as well. Especially the FTO (fatso) gene mutation in regard to processing saturated fat. Bad for me too.

Well it will definitely take time with the new changes . You know this. I have no clue about the new addition but it looks like NHwatts does. If it lowers free t I would see how and why and make my decision then.

The day after I inject no heart paps. What does this mean?

They were happening before? Now stopped? Good right.

I don’t get the paps everyday.

Just got pregnenolone results. It’s 18 (range <150)
Did go up some was less that 10 (I guess unmeasurable)in Jan 2018.

Not sure if I should measure progesterone before I supplement.

My TRT dr just emailed me back in reply to my pregnenolone level of 18 ng/dL and a comment I made about Dhea.

Hi, not a big fan of either to be honest as data not out there to support use. Inj frequency up to you. Wouldn’t change if you feel ok

So I’ve was thinking about Starting metformin
But not sure if I should. Anyone know about insulin and c peptide labs?
Glucose was 85

According to this I am slight insulin resistance

You should supplement the body needs it more than you know. It also converts to DHEA and DHEA has many mechanisms that are important to your health. Definitely get those levels topped off.
