eat veal. the baby cows are too young to understand what animal cruelty is.
Guys…I would like to take a boat from here to England…but I am pissed that they cut down trees to build it. Is there any way I can make it to England within the next 2 weeks without hurting any trees, animals, insects, unicellular organisms or women named Agatha?
Oh, and I have a major gripe with planes for flying through so many packs of geese every year so that’s way out.

They’ve also required less energy inputs during their short lives (feed, water, hormones, antibiotics) so it’s better for the environment.

OP: less arguing about animal cruelty, more eating. As you are reading this, you better be housing a can of salmon with some whey mixed in.
thank you!, I actually had 1/2lbs of salmon and a whey shake about 2 hours ago, probably will have another whey shake in 2 hours
WTF people. who eats whey mixed with salmon? Jesus fucking christ. The idea makes me wana throw
up never mind easting it.
100g of nuts has around 600 cals, even a fucking field mouse could easily eat 100g of nuts a day.
almost an extra 4000 cals a week. Your welcome.

God…I dunno wtf is wrong with you kids. I struggle to keep my meals UNDER 2000 calories. My meals…not my day…
How the fuck are you not starving at 2000kcal a day?
Agreed. I have to really try hard to consume to much over 2000cal in a meal other wise my other meals gets too small and i dont like it. Cant comprehend people who can be satisfied with small meals. I can diet if i want and eat smaller meals but if i am gaining (now) i better be eating some big ass meals.
OP liquid calories drink that shit up if you are such a baby that can barely stomach 2000cals
Stretching the stomach was key for me. Each day I picked one meal to make as big as possible. Each day/week I tried to make it a little bigger. I ate that first meal a little later in the day so I would be hungry enough to eat more. If I eat morning to night, it gets really difficult after a few days. Always feeling stuffed, sometimes bloated, and psychologically I start getting an aversion to eating. Waiting until I’m hungry for that first meal fixes all that. I’m now over 3000 calories a day, no problem.
Fats obviously help a lot since they have more than twice the calories per gram. Almond butter, evoo, guacamole, etc. Low volume/high calorie.
As another poster mentioned, liquids are a lot easier to take than solid food. I can down 16oz of milk in a few seconds. Due to lactose intolerance I’m taking out dairy off my diet, and it makes things harder for sure. I’ll work on a smoothy to replace my intake of dairy.
You’re my opposite, I’ll eat anything BUT fish. I have a phobia towards eating it. I do see your points about resource depletion and animal cruelty, and if I eat too much meat at once, I do get a little grossed out. You can successfully BB without red meat and dairy but it’s certainly harder. There’s a lot of hostility towards non red meat eaters in this site, don’t take it personally.
How hasn’t milk been recommended yet, or did I miss that?
If you have the time, DONT stuff yourself to point of being sick at meal times. It will make your body not want to eat for a longer period of time. Instead, eat say, 8 meals, at 400 calories, and that will give you 3200 calories and due to the smaller meal sizes makes eating easier. But, it is essentially snacking all day.
As mentioned earlier, nuts. 50gm Walnuts has 250 calories. Thats not many nuts.
Milk is delicious. Calorie dense. Delicious is milk.
The road to strength and size runs right down the center of Red Meat Avenue. I am unconvinced there is a detour and I am certain there is no short cut.
This thread has one answer and one answer only:
DBOL.

There are many reasons why, and I get enough protein, carbs
Calories comes from protein, carbs and fat. So if you get enough protein and carbs, all the remaining calories can only come from fat.
All natural nut butters throughout the day and a cup of milk after each meal. That’ll add close to 1000cal without requiring much appetite or leaving you full.
Why can’t you just eat more dude…
I sometimes question how some of you are training if you aren’t ravenously hungry. I consistently feel so fuckin hungry after training that I sometimes eat all of my macros in about one 30 minute sitting right after.
485g carbs, 175g P, 60g F in 30 minutes. And I’m still pretty hungry after…either I’m fucked up…Or you can’t eat…

I think it’s about the habit. I used to be very skinny and had a hard time getting calories in. Then I took 4 months of eating 6-7.000 calories a day, only from crap. Ate 5 double cheeseburgers from mc donalds every morning. Then my perception of food totally changed. It’s almost 2 years ago now, and my appetite is still very different. Now I cut on 3.000 calories a day, and feel like I’m not eating anything…
