For a 24Hr the Rancho one isn’t too bad in the weight dept now. More modern equipment than the Grossmont one iirc.
Unfortunately there’s only one squat rack in Rancho.
And yeah, I still haven’t checked out the El Cajon one but that’s partly because I’m afraid of the amount of tweak I’ll be exposed to.

Hi there guys not to hijack away from 24hr fitness, but in July i’m going to be moving to San Diego to go to NPTI. Classes are held at the World Gym in San Diego and was just curious if any of you San Diego T-nationers have trained there before? Thoughts

I’ve never trained there, but the consensus among serious lifters that I talk to is that it is the best gym in san diego. Apparently lots of big ass dudes train there. I’d love to train there, but its like a 50min ride from my house
