Almost got one of my goals (10x135) today. Felt good. My back was sore all day. Lots of studying to be done in the next couple days.

Took a few videos of my squat form. Not sure I got good videos though. I need someone who will be honest with me. It seems as if I can pause the video at spots where I am parallel, but if I watch it full speed, they look a touch high. I am also getting interested in maxing out this lift.

Running on 3 hours of sleep last night and a protein shake today. Just felt real beat up. Didnt feel a symmetrical pump. Surviving was good. Weighed in at 210.

Im done with all of my seriously busy test weeks for about 2 weeks. Im taking tonight off and hittin it hard tomorrow with deadlifts. Im lookin forward to getting back into the swing of things.

Felt pretty good. Weighed in at 211.2. I did the skull crushers at home with a straight bar. Took my good old time doin em too.

At a new gym (I am out of town for spring break). I used the bumpers because they didn’t have a platform. It was hilarious to see me pulling with barely any room on the bar for the clip haha. Not sure what was going on there. I think my form needs work, just going on feel. Knee was popping the whole time I was squatting. No pain though, and none the day after (today).

Weighed in at 207.5. (In the morning and in boxers. I never weigh in like this, so that is why i’m lighter.

Lackluster intensity today. Grip felt weak on the pull ups. I don’t know. I’m just gonna keep working hard and hope for the best.

Weighed in at 215 on the gym’s scale.
