I’ve managed to get hold of legit pharma Triptorelin ‘Gonapeptyl daily 0.1mg prefilled syringes’ and intend to use them for a restart.
Now everything I have researched about Triptorelin indicates that once it is mixed it must be refridgerated and these will have been out of the fridge for at least 6 days (in all likelihood much longer).

It states that:
The stability results show that the finished product amply meets the set requirements during the claimedshelf life period of 3 years at 2-8°C. At 25°C/60% RH after 6 months out-of-specification results arise , at 40°C/75% RH already after 2 months.
Indicating that it’s GTG at room temp for up to 6 months, what do you guys think?
