ive noticed a few things about NO. It will make you swell up at the gym. It will give you monster hard ons. But I dont really feel like it gives me any more endurance, energy or strength at the gym. Its worth a try though. It will give you some cool pumps, but nothing a little pre workout shake with some waxi maize in it wont do.

Also… dogs, do not lay eggs… I didnt know that…
I like NO products and I will tell you why. I take 1 scoop before I work out, it gives me a caffiene rush and that helps me focus better and with the added pump that I get i get a better mind-muscle connection. I doont necessarily think that it builds muscle but I can tell when I am taking it I get a cople of more reps out that I wouldnt have gotten without it.
That again might be the caffiene boost also. But for the cheap price $32 for 90 servings, that comes to about .35 cents a serving. I definately feel like I get my moneys worth.
Strangely enough I tried another sample of NO I had, this time I tried CytoNox (also a m-tech product I believe, made my same parent company). I took less of then the Nano vapor, and I had a great experience this time. Didn’t really feel physically boosted like I did with the Nano, but my lifts were phenomal. I cranked out 10 reps of my first bench set like it was absolutely nothing, while last week I struggled after the 5th or 6th rep.
My muscle stamina was through the roof, and I didn’t even feel the lactid acid pain when I was close to failure, which allowed me to push harder than usual.
Now I also have been taking creatine for a couple weeks, but all I know is I had a great experience with it this time, so I might give it one last shot. Not sure if it was a placebo or what, but I am happy at least.

I bought a bottle of 250 325mg caffine tabs for like…2 dollars at Wal-Mart. That comes to .008 cents/serving. I think you should try it
