Still can’t get them to do a test on SHBG or prolactin yet.
I’ve been trying to naturally increase my testosterone with zinc,vD,vB,Boron9mg, tongkat Ali, and recently shilajit resin. Unfortunately nothing has helped enough, not sure what I’m doing wrong.
I’ve started taking cialis 5mg daily for just over a month, so far I’ve noticed morning wood again and better erection quality but still not the best and zero difference in libido obviously.
Fatigued and brain fog all day zero libido, confidence down the drain over the years, depression/anxiety. Drive obviously sucks cuz I’m tired all the time.
Thinking of stopping the cialis because its costly $200 dollars a month and in canada Albert’s can’t seem to get anything cheaper. Not to mention I’ve been getting light headed and faint feeling from time to time.
This clinic does creams or injections. I’m thinking about starting with cream this time however im not sure how well it’s going to obsorb, I’ve read that scrotal can cause high dht conversion so maybe back of knees?
Also I have a labourous job and sweat alot during the day will that impact the absorption after say a couple hours after application ?
You might not be doing anything wrong, only that to fix your issues naturally may not be possible if things are already beyond the point of no return.
There’s another option in Canada few know about, Jatenzo, an oral T capsule is available under a different brand name in Canada and hasn’t been available for years.
The oral capsule gives you higher DHT versus injections and higher Free T versus creams.
The one thing I have noticed is the Jatenzo does supress my SHBG more than injections, injections doubles my SHBG values whereas on Jatenzo my SHBG levels are unchanged.
If you go the cream route apply to the inner thigh if you’re worried about excess DHT.
An oral capsule? I thought oral Test capsules were terrible for your liver and can cause many other side effects I wonder when that changed?
Ya its possible but it’s not like my test levels are under 300 or anything but I guess low enough to cause these symptoms. My free testosterone is what is low and for the life of me cannot increase that number to see if symptoms resolve.
Do you take Jatenzo ?
Also do you think both FT and E2 being on the low side is causing these issues for me or just FT?
Well damn that may explain why I’m so bloody sore all the time in my joints, knees,feet,wrists, neck. Does it cause muscle sorness as well? Cuz I have alot of weird muscular pain without an explanation usually.

Low-T is likely the cause of your muscle pain. Low-T can also effect the bone at the joints.

It’s covered by insurance, otherwise its $800-$1200 per month. I doubt you’ll have to worry about cost like we Americans do, we overpay for prescription medications where other countries play nickels and dimes in comparison.

So I’ve heard about one called natesto in canada it’s a nasal spray and you have to take it 3 times a day but it doesn’t shut your natural production down. No anything about that one?
I may be wrong on this (without units or ranges it’s hard to know) but these don’t look terrible. Little low maybe, but not horrible. That could mean the problem is in your balls, not your brain, and those herbs you’re taking won’t fix that.
The units are in IU/L ref range for LH is <12 and fsh <7
So ya if thats the case I wonder why they aren’t producing enough testosterone, or maybe 400 is enough but because my free T is bound up I’m symptomatic. You’d figure that these supplements that are ment to decrease shbg would do the trick but I guess not.
If you somehow managed to lower SHBG by half, the Free T would go up, not enough to matter though and Total T down and you would still have low-T because now the Total T is low.
