I noticed that just like P22 you’ve really got some good shoulders, and also like P22 they’re equally developed (front, medial, rear) to make a nice huge ball right on top of your arm.
P22 outlined his but I wanted to see if you could also outline some of your shoulder work (my gf’s really into shoulders).

Well damn…thanks for all the positive comments, keeps me really motivated. To go to the questions, yes i’ve actually outlined my diet on here quite a few times. But then again that was some time ago. Are you talking during a cyle, pre contest, post cycle??
As for shoulders, i’ve spent many years to get the look that I have now. I wanted to look like there was this big upper body set on a tiny little waste. So I made an extreme effort to have VERY full shoulders. I have 3 routines that I follow for shoulders;
My basic mass workout would be this-
Overhead dumbell presses 100lb bells 9-10 reps, 105lbs to failure, 110lbs to failure with forced reps-
Side lateral raises(dumbells) 20lbs, 25lbs to failure, 25lbs to failure with forced reps
Military presses(behind head)-120lbs, 130lbs, I then go up 10lbs if possible if i’m too fatigued I drop 10lbs and do another set.
Rear delt Laterals(machine) On this, I basically go lighter and concentrate on a very hard contraction to stimulate just the rear dealt.
I rotate shoulder workouts, meaning if the last workout I started with the Medial head and concentrated on that, the next shoulder workout I would start with the posterior head and concentrate on that, then the anterior the next time around. This is so each head gets a turn at getting maximal effort put into it.

That’s pretty a pretty damn good first guess! Yeah, precontest and while dieting I get down to a 28 inch waist. Is anyone else going to do some before and after pictures??

Could you elaborate on your pre-contest routine? Specifically, I’m wondering what you do to drop the last % bf, and up til the day of the comp how you sodium/water load and then deplete as you carb load…
And does is really matter to you what AAS you’re on the day of the show? I’ve heard winny/ halotestin/ masteron/ tren are all good for ‘hardness.’ Does that mean that any of these (with or without a test base) would make you look your best? Or would taking all of these provide insane results?
I’m confused because after reading P22’s contest stack (test, winny, deca, dbols, nolva, etc.), which left him looking great, I’m wondering if it even matters at all what gear you take as long as you carb load/diet/cut water,sodium properly… Is this right or do I oversimplify? Primo is supposed to be such a great dieting drug because there’s no E2 conversion, but test+arimidex would suit the same purpose by my logic.
I do watch my water intake to a degree, but by no means do I dehydrate myself like others do. I drink a bunch of water all the way up till the day before the show. That morning before prejudging I’ll have very little water. I do watch sodium intake though. I usually start my carb load 3 days out. Gradually increasing them until the night before.
Gear does matter to a certain degree the day of the show. I bring usually 100mgs of Dbol. I take 50mgs before prejudging and the other 50 before the night show. The reason I do this is simple, increase my vascularity and to hold my pump onstage after i’ve pumped up backstage. No water retention is not an issue because of Anit-E’s. So far, that works really good.
Pre Contest stacks are a whole other story. You have to know what works for you. Me, I can’t touch deca…does nothing for me except make me tired and not want to train. No gains on it. My friends though, get jacked off of Deca and Test. I have found out recently through my last show that Dbol is probably the best pre contest oral to use. Fuck Winstrol, although it is good it is not the pre contest drug It is cracked up to be…for me at least.
I’ve used, halo, Tren, winny, dbol, test and EQ precontest before…NOT all at once though. Halo brought me some serious hardness, really good density. BUT…dear god when stacked with Trenbolone you are a walking time bomb. I now know what roid rage is and have never experienced it before until I mixed those compounds. But as far as Pre-contest, trenbolone should be used regardless. Best anabolic for any purpose and is good while in a calorie deprived program.
I’ve never used Primobolan Pre contest, but thats more of an old school pre contest drug in my opinion. Just seems to me there are better drugs for the application and it’s not really androgenic enough when you’re training that hard and taking in that little of food. Although, for the average lifter who is leaning out and not on such a seriously hardcore program/diet…it works good.
Nice proportions. You have the small waist “hourglass” look I admire in bodybuilders. How long have you been lifting and how many cycles have you done? You compete at 202? Whats your off-season weight around? Thanks bro. keep us posted.

I’ve been lifting serious for 16 years, and i’m 25yrs old. YES…I started VERY young. My gains are from 16 years of working out hard and heavy, not just anabolics. And to this day I laugh when I hear other people tell their kids or others “don’t lift heavy when you’re young, it will stunt your growth” HA!! I’m taller than both my parents and to this day have not had a serious workout related injury. Another old school motto put to the grave.
I can’t give an exact number of cycles because I don’t have all of my records anymore. A lot got missplaced and lost. I do 8weekers, 4 weekers, 2 weekers, you name it. I like to experiment and try things others have not. But I always stay off for as long as I was on. Golden Rule that everyone should do.
Well i’m at 202 lbs now, not when I compete. My last show I was at 186lbs and the year before that, 180lbs. I want to compete at 200 this year and I see it being realistic for the first time. I’ve never been over 210, and to be honest I don’t want to. It was too uncomfortable and I’d rather be smaller and harder. And thanks to everyone, I appreciate the compliments.
Hey Jaystyles, i’ll look around for some older pictures. I know I have a few around here from my first bodybuilding shows when I was 17-19 and had never touched anything but protein and Creatine. I’ll post those soon

Hey, I appreciate the responses and critiques. To Mxim, none of the pictures show my triceps so it would be kind of hard to say I need to bring them up… but I do appreciate the honesty. As for forarms, can’t train them heavy like everything else because I do Motocross and Street. I have to condition them for endurance instead of size to avoid arm pump while riding/racing. But from a bodybuilding standpoint, yeah they need to be bigger. But it’s a sacrifice I have to take because I love to ride.
