Tren-e 250mg Injection. Has it Gone Bad?

Last thursday I injected 1cc of tren-e in my right delt using 22gauge 1" pin I was as sterile as anyone can b even to alcohol on sterile pin after drawing out of the bottle. Well had no pain nor blood with injection but two days later starts the swelling of arm not at injection site but a little below it.

It was first injection in that spot I have injected in glutes both sides now got a little warmth a little lump a little tender but goes away after a few now here it is 4 days later and swelling has spread it is warm to the touch, no pain, is red in swollen area , I have no fever and when I push on swollen area it doesn’t act as a price of foam. Questions are should I b worried?what can I do for swelling?

Yes I know I should have heated oil before and warmed with rag with massaging

Or what it could b

And it’s a little itchy sorry for poppin up with new stuff just trying to fully inform the more educated

sounds like a virgin muscle reaction… some of my 1st muscle pins took 6 days to “calm” down… but if in doubt always check out a Doc.

i responded in the injection pain thread.

a reaction like that is never a good thing, so obviously you should be concerned. How concerned is almost impossible to say over the internet. Any sort of redness or warmth is not normal.

At the least I would take 600mg of ibuprofen a few times a day. This is not medical advice.

Well today it has gone done no more redness or anything I took some benadryl and ibuprofen and naproxen and all cleared up like nothin I think it’s because the full cc if I do less it just has the norm with any other inject but thanks guys

You may have injected too.close to.the front of the delt. Its happened to me and i was told the oil may sort of seep in an unfavorable position and end up near the bicep.

This is what i was told, if that doesnt make any sense someoneplease correct me

Thanks for the responses Like I said its all cleared it was a strange ride though lol I even had those bumps where it looked like a sun burn and u get those little blisters n-e way I’ll do my other inject this Thursday but only a half back in delt glute was Monday decided to start my full cc’s there instead lol

Same thing has happened to me because I injected too fast into my shoulder. I had to go to the doctor and they prescribed me some bactrim. It knocked it out and i was taking 800mg’s of ibuprofin too. Not medical advise but just telling you what my experience was.

Doctors don’t prescribe Bactrim for injections given too quickly. They prescribe it for bacterial infections.
