What’s going on. I’m running my first tren ace cycle. I’m doing prop 75mg daily and ace 100mg daily. I’m at week 3 almost at 4 now and my weight has stayed the exact same. I weigh 186lb at 5’11. Been working out for 5 years and have cycled with test e a couple times before with good results. I am in a calorie surplus for the last 14 days and I have not seen the scale move. My physique does look a lot nicer in BF% but I am yet to gain actual mass. I put my calories at 4,500 cals, protein at 260g, fat 115g, and carbs for remaining. All clean, rice, chicken , whey etc. I am experienced with my diet and training is spectacular. I am just overall confused on why my weight isn’t moving up even at such a large calorie surplus. TDEE is around 2,200 cals. Yes. Surplus is huge, but wanted to see how my body would act with tren and lots of cals. Anyone else have the same issue? Ps can go more in depth if questions are asked. Did not want to write a bible unless people ask. Thanks guys
I have the same issue on Tren, I cannot seem to gain weight no matter how much I eat, hence why I dont use Tren on a bulk. Great to recomp or cut.

Absolutely this. The recomp gains are superior on high doses of tren, but forget about putting on substantial size. Everything you eat, barely touches your stomach.
Great if you need to squeeze into a wright class. But if I ever want to Major bulk up, would not use tren.
Some things are not adding up. I dare say maybe you need some adjustments in training and diet although you mention both are spectacular. Reasons being…

You’ve cycled with test several times but are 186lbs at 5’11”? Unless body fat is extremely low this is fairly light. I’m guessing it’s not that low as you’ve stated you are recomping nicely despite no weight gain.

You mention your TDEE is 2200 cal. That also makes no sense to me for someone that works out heavily and had your stats. It’s likely 20% higher although if you are eating 4500 calls this is still a huge surplus either way. Are you measuring and confirming those cals?
Neither of these are jabs, just trying to help. I once thought I was consuming a ton of calories too until I truly sat down and did the.math.
