Ha on cooking, I like to have most of it done, hate veggies pre cooked(well more than a day)
and i wont micro them so i eat em cold, erm umm, ha. Also hate sweet potato micro, have to bake them. The next couple weeks eating will be a breeze, i usually dont want to eat everything in sight until the week before my period.
…Yea, bummer. Not sure how you could …

however my stalking skillzz are not adequate, it was not that long ago, but you may have changed the pic, and I cant remember were it was…Ill try later when I get more time.

I was doubting my lack of keeping track of sets and weight, frig how did i blast the curls last week after 6 sets of the 185 deads?(decent weight for me), I know with less weight I tried to be even more in control, but i know I was last week too.
My leg was really having spasms last night, so i decided to deload, always best before I really need it anyway. Was perfect!! Just what i needed. If im going to push it, I need to keep my body healthy.
PS PG The other day doing upper, you kept popping in my head, so thanks, kept me from going up in weight and going till failure on every set ![]()

I just wanted to say, I think this is helping me. I’m trying lots of heavy partial laterals while looking up. More delt, less trap!
Up - @ 121
WOW! And you are looking so lean. Nice definition. Are you still cutting? About cooking, I’ve been finding a lot of good recipes on Pinterest. It’s my new favorite thing.

Puff, I love the heavy partials, I am always tweaking my angle of my body and neck, Im sure it looks quite odd, glad i am at home. I did find a machine move i like, it definitely feels like its hitting the right spot. i try to video just to see where muscles are popping up.
Yes, I am still am at it. Im taking it slllooow. I usually dont count a weight drop till I am consistently there, but can “see” a difference visually every few days even. The “leanest” I purposely got a few years ago was 108. Id like to think I would look similar /apples for apples/ at 110-113? The leg mishap this winter kinda screwed me up, its not like I was holding a ton more muscle but my legs did atrophy, If I had a “base” for a longer period of time it may not have been as bad. I dont know. I just know Ill try to strip this fat, and then slloooly build up from there, although Ill try to hold more leanness this time, Im not of the age to be getting in a “bulk”, esp now I see if I get an injury, I dont want to be stuck at that weight, so ill go about it differently this time ![]()
My body is on fire right now, and Ive been adding more carbs, and my body is loving me for it.
I love the “idea” of recipes, but I tend to just go basic, its easy, i dont get cravings, and my weight isnt up and down form the sodium. Although i do put in a can of elpato sauce in my ground beef.Yummmm. I have a couple pics at that leaness if you want to see. i had no hammies and barely any quad, but I was fat free, ha.
<rambling now
Its funny though, some women gain weight and they just look full or thick, but i put on fat it looks like my legs should be next to the word “cellulite” in the dictionary. I realize fat is fat, cellulite is fat, but it does take on a different “look” on bodies.
Anyway, as long as i am feeling good energy, Ill keep this UP ![]()
Also i just wanted to say sorry for not posting, i saw your thread in PW, but I have a hard enough time explaining myself in my own log :-} thanks for trying to keep the women alive around here. Its time YOU started a log, no?
^ Oh, that’s great that you are feeling so good while cutting! You know we love pictures around here.
I can’t imagine you at 108. Holy smokes, I’ll bet that’s lean on you. I’m with you on the weight gain - I’d be happy to look a bit fuller if the fat would settle in prettier places. Ha! Wish I could control where it goes. I’m also cutting a bit again, leaning down a little for summer.
About recipes, you know I’m hungry when I start looking at stuff like lemon coconut french toast.
Sunday brunch for the rest of the family, and I had a couple of bites.
I usually keep it simple too, although I try to cook things that I can adapt for The Mr. and kids. Yesterday I cooked a London Broil in the crockpot with some dry Italian dressing mix and a bit of beef broth. Then I caramelized onion and green peppers in a skillet. Family had Philly’s Cheese Steak Sandwich with melted provolone, served marinara on the side. Then I can do the beef with marinara and veggies. Last night I let myself eat a small sandwich, but the meat with veggies is my usual trick. It usually works if I stay clear of cream sauces.
Yep, working the heavy partials. Lots of laterals. Bigger delts is my big goal for this year. Love following your log.

Kept back more flat, like pic, when watching a vid (Pendalay)sp? he says with a slightly “rounded” back. Interesting. I had my head so it grazed the curl end so i made sure not to tilt up like i do for Tbars. Think i did ok.
Vid for fun, was seriously trying to flex bis, lol

I cant imagine me at 108 either, think Id feel like blowing away in the wind, again. I honestly dont have a set “scale weight”, but a look in mind. I also just want to shed the fat, and wiggly look to my legs, so what ever that “weight” is. I was really looking forward to more info, details etc in Thunder cats log, but she obv. is slammed. Oh well.
I thought you already did a cut? are you going for more cut from last pics? <<now that I cant imagine, you had shape EVERYWHERE!
As far as cooking, I make different food for hub and kids, some of my stuff they eat(of coarse when its my last few oz of chicken or burger, lol) but usually they get more of a juiced version of my stuff and what they like.
heyyy feeling good today, other than the fact i feel hungry so quick. Things must be cooking!
Speaking of cooking i made ziti and meatballs, it shmells sooogoooood.

Thank you! About cutting, I relaxed my diet over the past month or so. Just wasn’t feeling motivated. I can get an afternoon snack habit going - chocolate!! peanut butter!!
I’ve continued to train consistently, but now I’m nipping it back a bit. I’m not trying to get below where I was in December. My body doesn’t like to hang below 110, but I’d sure like to stay there.
Your back is looking really good, Up. The hard work really shows. Bring on the sundress weather!
Ohh, ok, got it. Yea…, the chocolate acai berries frozen was a little treat I USED to have. Ill have 6-8ish now and then if i really want something. Weird for me not being a chocolate lover.
YES, I love, love, love dresses. I also love the tubish tops(although not tight the whole way down), just bought one the other day.
Im waking up early, Im hungry I think is why Im waking up.
Geeze, I am behind in logging.
Lets see…
Cut down on last wo, thought better to keep it short and light instead of skip a few days and go so hard, I cant walk.

PUSH UPS < not a good idea a day after shoulders, this was really tuff.
16,16,16,17,16 = 81 +0
Ive been scanning different programs and really want to dial in on a “set” program, problem is, they all look good. I want to hit the shoulders at least 3xs a week. I ordered a good push/pull book I saw on CGs log, but im not sure thats the way i want to go. I found a girl on another site that has a ton of variety, which for me, would be great, so I may just pull some of her stuff together.
Ill hit legs today, another lower weight high volume. I took this weekend to fuel myself up, I hope It shows in my energy/recovery.
Im starting to feel the lower food intake, and i dont like it. I also have noticed that I get the jitters again drinking a coffee in the am.
When I had put on some weight<read fat…, I could handle it fine, now Ive dropped down, I am back to that feeling. I hate that feeling, so i will cut back each day and drop the coffee.

Stay focused on the big picture Up, which is that overall you look great!
Most important thing is that you pick a program you enjoy doing. It’s trite advice I know but it is so true.
^^That plus lots of rear delt stuff of course…(I think yours’ are starting to fight their way out!) ![]()
