Treasure, Not Junk

Viper, that is awesome! I was under the false impression that two kids would be “twice” the work…it was more.haha
I wish you and your family the best, hope it goes smoothly.

I thought maybe you started a log, what are you competing in? BB??

Wiex ha, well most of my eating is fairly boring, by boring I mean plain. I try to spice it up now and then.

Been a minute since i checked in. Baby boy {6months old} healthy and training never stopped. Two boys 18 months apart. Not twice the work yet but when he gets mobile, watch out. Yeah, I plan to start a log but I need to build a bigger fan base. It’s coming. Nice to see your log going strong.

What happened here? No more training/logging?

That’s a healthy looking plate there.

I am still enjoying training. Pretty sure i look about the same, little improvements â?¦ for some that would mean I am not training hard enough, not eating enough not sleeping enough, not doing something right…to me it means progress

Went to my first bb show recently, â?¦interesting. The (bikini) girl I went to see was not even close to “ready”, but power to her for getting up there and strutting her stuff. She was so proud of herself, and I respect that. She knew she was lacking, and will continue to improve herself for the next two shows she has planned. Personally i think she should eat and hip thrust her ass off and just do the latter show, but thats me.

I do plan on looking my best for my july bday, and will really push myself to bring it all together.

No plans to log again any time soon.

I did enjoy you all supporting me  I hope you are all still killin it !!!

Well, check out the back on you. Nice.
