Three black youths, in thug wear, screamed by in a crappy american car, one leaned out, screeamed “fucking Joooooo!” and chunked a red slurpy on me, then sped off.

Yes but hate crime laws are racist against whites. Blacks kill whites 2 to 1 according to the FBI. So which one of us is the more racially safe? There were only 4 hate crime murders in 2011, the most recent statistical year, all white on black so 4 of the 218 black people killed by white people. There were 447 white people killed by black people in that same year despite blacks only comprising 13.1% of the population.

That’s where you are wrong. Those people who beat the white family were never charged with a hate crime. Two of them were not even arrested. Hence why I say, Hate crimes are racist against whites. Had the races been reversed in that situation that place would have been descended on so fast by Jackson and Sharpton it would have made your head spin.

I am not even sure who you are speaking of. You provided no resources for what you are claiming…so I called it a hate crime if YOU are the one saying they weer assaulted for being white alone.
