Aarrghh!
I just started passing my old personal bests on all my lifts but have been called away on work interstate.
For the next 2 months I will be flying 3-5 hours to work on Sunday afternoon and then home on Friday evenings.
The only gym around here is an ‘executive fitness centre’ with not a barbell insight (only treadmills)!
I was/am trying to increase my strength. I need heavy stuff to lift but it would seem I will have bodyweight only.
Does anyone know of any real gyms in Hobart?
