I implied that people who share your political views are rapidly heading toward minority status, and will thus eventually be relegated to political irrelevancy.
Would be pretty silly to say ‘Republicans won’t win again.’
If you’d looked into them, you wouldn’t have written this. But that’s OK.
Bringing data to bear on an empirical issue is never ‘mindless.’
Unless exceptions are made for the life of the mother.
Incorrect. Its legality was a state-by-state issue.
Not sure what you’re using as your metric for the position of the Dem Party, but this doesn’t sound correct to me.
Does this mean the GOP is heading inexorably toward banning contraception, and then on to outlawing sex for purposes other than conception? Just applying your ‘slippery slope’ argument to the GOP’s position on abortion.
I thought more of the losses came from the Obama EPA regulations which essentially made it prohibitively expensive to continue to use or create new coal fired power plants.
The power industry then turned to natural gas power plants.
President Obama was still running around Kenya (I put that there just for Zeb), when the Coal industry began the slow, but steady process of losing jobs.
Automation for the removal and extraction of Coal (it’s always been one helluva’ dangerous job); Technological advances in Utilities; and the use of more Natural gas by Utilities and other industries.
Let me make a bet right now.
Trump is aggressively eliminating any and all “Obama” regulations, EPA and otherwise.
Let’s see how many High Paying Coal mining jobs return.
My point was that it increased dramatically during Obama’s administration, due to the EPA regulations.
“In 2005 coal provided approximately 50% of electricity in the United States and about 92 percent of coal consumption went to electricity generation.[3]:1 However, in 2016, the EIA calculated that coal would provide only 30% of electricity generation nationwide with natural gas providing 34%, nuclear, 19%, and renewables, 15%.[4]”
“By March 2017, the coal industry employed approximately 77,000 miners. 60,000 jobs have been lost since 2011.[8]”
The following chart shows that the employment level seemed to have stabilized and then even climbed a little during the 2000’s. (Source: Wikipedia, with attribution below.)
I met a trans coal miner at my brother in laws company pic-nick. Very strange looking dude. Medium sized solid build, receding mullet and perky tits. He was there with his pregnant girlfriend that left a slug trail of skank in her wake.
Not according to union households who voted for Trump overwhelmingly. There is a growing interest in the republican party from minorities as well. They look around, as do we all, and see the failed Cities run by democrats over the years. And of course the many failed state governments run by democrats. I’ve listed them many times. Liberalism doesn’t work and it never has. That you think people are stupid enough to continue to vote for a party that fails continually shows a great deal of wishful thinking on your part. And…it’s hilarious!
First of all you have to stop pretending that this is real debate. You ignore much of what I post whether from reliable web sites, or not. Also, as I correctly pointed out for every source you can bring to the table I can bring an alternative source that claims yours is wrong. It’s a merry-go-round of message board puke. But if you think it’s important—go ahead.

True, it was not passed by the SC before that date.
No? Well what was Walter Mondale’s position on abortion do you know? What was Geraldine Ferraro’s? What was Jimmy Carters? How about Michael Dukakis’s position? None of them were for abortion in the 9th month. This is a relatively new move by the left. Where from here? Infanticide! Unless you think they are going to grow more conservative and reverse their thinking? Do you think that? No? Then look for baby killing next as that is the only place they will go. And as you know the left always marches further to the left unless there is a spectacular candidate to pull them back to sanity.
I think you make a valid point my friend. But…oh wait…this is politics is it not? Yes…yes it is. That means that when candidates like Hillary say that she is going to try to put the coal industry out of business it is fair game for Trump to attack on that point.
That’s because you are incorrectly implying that I am, or was at one time, a birther which is absolutely incorrect AND YOU KNOW IT. But throwing around false allegations seems to be your trade mark as of late. And that’s a real shame.
Well that’s odd because they usually look quite normal. Bruce Jenner for example looks perfectly normal as a woman. Ah, well not exactly…6’ 3" broad shoulders hairy chest, male genitalia …yeah he’s a woman uh huh…
That’s not even a thought my friend. All that matters is that they are seeing the light. But after 8 tortuous years of the failed Obama Presidency I would expect that they would come around. And other groups will see the light as well. Your party which is built on emotion…the touchy feely party will dwindle the further it goes to the left. Bet?
You see that’s why cutting and pasting from web sites is just stupid. I put up three very reliable sources where Hillary is clearly for allowing abortion in the 9the month and then you post the nonsense above. HA!
And if we were having a political conversation 50 years ago and I said that there will be a ruling by the SC that Abortion is legal federally someday you’d say I was trolling.
You’d also say I was trolling if I told you that there would be 45 million people on food stamps. And the dems want Bubba peeing in the little girls room someday because he “feels” like a woman.
I wish I was trolling. But the only way the left is happy is if they continue to morally, and financially, bankrupt the US,
You belong to a sick party that gets worse every four years. Of course I believe that eventually the left will push for infanticide. And the rank and file, such as yourself, will fall in lock step behind them.
