Its time i do some transforming in my life. Time to take my body back into tip top shape and stop feeling lazy.
I’m currently 6’3 and around 216 lbs. I’m 19 years old and start college in August . Starting tomorrow I will begin my journal and training cycle.
Time to start this off…I woke up at 5:15 netting me about 7 hours of sleep. It was snowing and I took a 30 minute walk and then came back for breakfast.
Breakfast consisted of 4 egg whites,1 whole egg, and 1 cup raw spinach mixed in. Looks to give me something like this: 180 calories,5g fat, 5g carbs, 26g protein. After breakfast i drank a bottle of water and took 2 ripped fuels,3 fish oil pills, and a multivitamin.
Next 9:30 began workout, todays was biceps. My breakdown goes biceps,chest,legs,triceps,back…one muscle group for everyday of the week then i work abs everyday.
Todays workout: I used 2-5 minutes between sets and 30 seconds in between the lifts in each set.

After this workout around 10ish, i drank a protein shake mixed with skim milk looking like this:200 calories, 2g fat, 15g carb, 28g protein.
Another meal around 2 consisted of: 4 turkey meatballs and a cup of cooked spinach netting me 220 calories, 10g fat, 16g carbs, 21g protein. After this I drank my 4 bottle of water and took 2 more ripped fuels. Going to hangout with the girl friend. Will finish up the day when i get back.
Ok so I finished off the day with eating a big bowl of spaghetti at my girlfriends, her mom made dinner, prolly not the smartest thing to eat at 7pm but oh well. The only other thing I did training wise was 3 sets of 20 pushups.
My end of day weight was 216 exact.
Fuck today already I just woke up and its 9am…well i fell asleep at 12 so thats 9 hours of sleep but damnit its late in the day.
Ok so i’m pretty much snowed in so I cant do much today is a chest day so i’ll just knock out pushups all day. breakfast was some pork,spinach,orange juice.
Fuck today it was a piece of shit…continued tomorrow.
