Just beginning TRT again after 10 year layoff. Need some technical advice:
Are there any issues I should be cautious of in transferring 250gr/1mL Test E from its glass ampule over to a sterile injection vial using a single sterile syringe to then divide into 7 ED syringes for subQ?
I live in a and very hot & humid summer climate so I’m assuming it good practice to keep it refrigerated. (Instructions included in the Bayer Depot pamphlet say to keep under 77 degrees)
The Chappelle show episode where he’s the Black President Bush standing at the podium with the yellow cake uranium and the other guy says “don’t drop that shit!” comes to mind.
I live in New Orleans now and as long as you don’t keep it outside it should be fine stored in the syringes without direct light exposure. Not sure if refrigerating will hurt it but it will definitely make it a pain in the ass to inject.
Will be dosing ED/subQ using ultra-thin insulin syringes which don’t reach down far enough into the ampule to draw all of the Test E out. Considering the work-around method of drawing all of the Test E out using a larger syringe and then depositing it all into an empty/sterile 5mL injection vial to then drawn from by the insulin syringes.
My Q is making certain the sterility of the Test E remains just that when doing this transfer method: ampule ->empty vial ->insulin syringes.
