Any ideas for a simple minded ape like myself? I have read suggestions via google search, but I have to say that I’m not very computer savvy. I was hoping somebody could explain it to me in laymen’s terms.

How many songs do you have? This is simple:
- Copy the folder where your music is (should be “iTunes Music,” but might not be) and copy them to the “Shared” folder (it’s right there in “My Computer.”
- Find the “iTunes Library” file and do the same. If your music is in the “iTunes Music” folder, iTunes Library will already be in there. Library is all your metadata, like song names and albums and stuff like that.
- Connect both computers to the same network. Use the Mac’s Finder to search the network for your PC, then simply copy the music folder + library over to Finder. Don’t worry about replacing the iTunes Music and Library folder/file on your Mac if necessary, it won’t ruin your program.
This is what I did, and it worked just fine. If you’re worried, or are having trouble, PM me before doing anything just in case.
