Trampoline!!

Hi friends,

A new trampoline centre has opened up in town. Its a massive centre with heaps of trampolines and you can just rock up pay 20 bucks and bounce for an hour.

As a kid I spent hours on the family trampoline, and I actually accredited it for my above average youthful athleticism.

So I am wondering, now that I am a bit older, if it would be worth returning back to the trampoline for some fun and fitness? Anyone here jump? Is it ok for the joints for older people? Any particular routines or skills I should be doing while jumping???

Tons of fun and a great way to move around on a recovery day.

Do they have a foam jumping pit as well? Working on flips and stuff is a blast and pulling my 210lb self out of a foam pit is a workout in and of itself.

<--------- King of trampoline dodgeball.

Be careful not to jump off the shed and bounce so hard you kick yourself in the face. Not that I ever bit through my lip that way. You know, I’m just sayin.

This was not what I had in mind when clicking on a thread about trampolines.
