Haven’t done much for it yet. I have a temporary job that has me working 8 hours a day, so we’ll see how much I can get done. I’m probably going to go running tonight. Still been considering enlisting in the National Guard so I can get some more experience, more money, and better pay when I graduate from college. The only downside to that is that I wouldn’t have a summer to spend with my friends after high school and that there’s the possibility of having to start college a semester later than planned. I’m going to talk to a recruiter to see if I could get BCT and AIT done at different times as opposed to done all at once. (This is assuming I don’t get the ROTC scholarship.)

That’s what I was hoping I’d be able to do. If I could get that worked out in my contract, then I would definitely do that. I’d be making $66k a year right out of college as opposed to $55k if I just did ROTC. By the time I’d make Captain, I’d be raking in almost $100k. Plus if I learn a strategic language, combat pay, jump pay, and all that good stuff, that’s more bonuses. There’s a lot of money to be made by the time I’m midway through my 20s.

NOTES: Fucking hell. They were easy, but once I got to around rep 6, my vision started to double, I felt like I was going to puke, and I was seeing stars. I guess that means I did them right. Depth was spot on. I hate 10s weeks on squats. Gonna go up to 285-290 next week.

NOTES: I feel like a pussy. Felt like someone gave Michael J. Fox a nailgun and told him to go to work on my hamstrings.

went trough a phase where i was obseed with this… try this

choline 7/6 hours before sleep(precursor to acetocholine)
hup.a along with choline( protects acetocholine )
melatonin and 5htp 40 minutes before sleep (take on empty stomach)

this shit gave me some crazy as dream almost like psychodelic experience i couldnt ever remember them though so keep a journal. Eventually i had to stop my insomnia(not before having some nice lucid dreams) plus this gave me shitty sleep the choline and hup. a WILL keep you up if you take it to late. btw your a fucking beast.

That’s why I had the coffee. With enough of the sleep helping stuff, you won’t just be wired and stay up but you’ll have more control over the dreams and recollect them better.

ZMA actually makes me think that things happened in real life. No joke. Like I’ll wake from a dream and later in the day I’ll think about who I had the conversation with and I don’t realize it was a dream until much later. And for some reason If I take a single pill of ZMA (not the 3 pill dose) I get these effects for literally a week. Lol dreaming lightweight

I’ve started keeping a dream log; it’s definitely helped me remember my dreams a lot more. Will also look into taking ZMA, too. Been meaning to get some for a while.

Gotta be at the gym by 7, getting a haircut at 9, then I have my senior pictures at 11. Unfortunately, I have to cut my goatee for the pics. HOWEVER, I promise that the next goatee will be epic. Gonna grow it out until New Year’s. This should be good.

NOTES: Ummm… where did this come from? Haha, it was an awesome couple of sets. Was seeing stars and felt like puking at the end, but well worth it. I’ve been experimenting with my form a bit. Been watching videos of Eddie squatting and noticed that he had quite a bit of forward lean when he was in the hole. This means that he used a lot of upper back while squatting. I pretty much mimicked that today and every rep went up like it was an empty bar. Definitely gonna keep doing that from now on. Bring on the DOMS.
