NOTES: Shoulders were kinda tired from the bench and I thought I was only going to get 8-10, but to my pleasant surprise, I banged out 12 easy ones. The last one was kinda hard, so I stopped at the perfect time.

ENDING NOTES: Awesome shoulder day today. Epically painful shoulder pump is epically painful. I’ve noticed when I spend more time and pay greater attention to my warm-up, I feel a lot looser and a lot stronger once I start my workout. Warm-up usually takes me 10-15 minutes and I feel awesome before I start, so I’m going to keep that in there. Kinda weird, but I saw a vein in my pec while I was doing DB lateral raises. LOL gettin’ lean, brah. Got light back and biceps tomorrow then off to Eddie’s house for the BBQ. Gonna be a good day tomorrow. Food, powerlifters, and womenz.

So I went to Eddie’s party - there were babes and drunk powerlifters everywhere. It was possibly one of the best times I’ve had in a while. I was surrounded by meatheads and womenz. WIN.

I will say this - there were copious amounts of meat and margaritas consumed that night.
