Lets try this Week 1 - all GPP is done in 30 second splits with continuous motion. Monday: jumping jacks, shuffle split, pushups, chinees - 4 sets Tuesday: Jumping jacks, shuffle splits, burpees, mountain climbers 5 sets Wednesday: jumping jacks, shuffle, vertical hops, slalom hops 4 sets Thurday: jumping jacks, shuffle jacks, pushups, mountain climbers 6 sets Saturday (I have moved Fridays session) jumping jacks, burpees, vertical hops, star jumps, mountain climbers 5 sets. - Have fun, keep abreast of how you progress buddy, In faith, Coach Davies
