Training the Same Muscles Every Day

Yes I know those terms . Maybe I should ask you what you hope to get from your training as you do it. My goal at this point in my life is to see if I can build bigger muscles at this age and be able to do a hand full of chins before I kick the bucket. I have always wanted to workout more than less , I hate once or twice a week routines even if they work so the thought of working out every day intrigues me. What’s your goal?
