Uniquely enough, I feel like you can outeat a bad program, but you can’t out train a bad diet.

I saw someone once say something like “it’s all the same lifts” regardless how you string them together, which resonated with me.

yes es trues a strategic balance between the two
so what kind of peridiztion do intermedite lifters use not on drugs nd not born strong to squat over 400+ pounds example mehdi hdim from strong lifts 5x5 squts 440 or whaat about ben johnson says he squats 500+ and deadlifts 660+ thats the kind of strength i want as a natty! if i can!!!
You have ungratefully wasted the time of several posters here. Please spend some time thinking about that.
