Training Splits

I was just wondering what kind of training splits other people do. Mine are as follows
Workout 1: Chest/Back (also light calves and abs)
Workout 2: thighs/calves (also abs)
Workout 3: Shoulders/tri’s/bi’s
I typically do four days on and one off.
I also fo cardio just about every morning because the Army just loves to run.

I am trying to adjust my splits and am trying to get a few ideas.
