Hey CT been thinking for long about this you see pro bodybuilders doing lots of reps lighter training often, if you are a natural trying to get as big as possible are there any benefit of training with rep ranges over 6 reps like the classic 8-10reps or more for sets, I now this can probably vary with muscle groups and excerises but in generel is it better to train in the rep ranges 3 - 6 reps over mutiple sets if you are natural and wanting to get as big as possible ![]()
