Training over 35 is one thing but as I am on the verge of turning 63 I would like to see some articles for guys like me who have trained all of our lives, live with sore joints and old injuries (No we didn’t know it all back then)but still want to remain strong, big and fit.

The problem is there aren’t too many guys lifting in their 60s and keeping records. Would like to see you pitch in if you’re inclined.
