Nice progress man. Good to see you’re still getting it in.[/quote]

Thanks, bro. Still chipping away. Been busy, working 6 days/week, 12 hours/day. By the way, watched your 20x275 video earlier today. I’m jealous of your strength, but not of how you probably felt after that set! Great work.

Whoa! Slow down man, don’t work too much  That is awesome you are keeping up with your training. That says a lot, usually people quit when everything else in their life gets busy. Keep at it.

Thank you for the kind words man.

Power Clean Push Press, worked up to 175 x 3. This exercise is sweet.

Bench Press 5 x 3 @ 205.

100 pullups

Total meathead day.

a few more highlights from the last week

28 September

Worked up to 205 for a triple on Power Clean.
145 x 3, 150 x 3, 155 x 3 Push Press

Been doing 50 strict pull-ups every day. We will see how long I can keep that up.

Been on a Tool rampage recently.

Dude, have you ever seen this? Incredible.

3 x 3 Hang Squat Clean + Front Squat at 175

Dude yes! It has been awhile since I’ve seen that vid, thanks for posting that up for me to see again-- I enjoyed it. They really perform that one well, I approve of that music program! haha

Agreed! They have some other good ones on there, too.

3 mile run, 20:09

Push Press 5 sets of 4 at 160

Still doing 50 pull-ups every day. When I first started doing this about a month ago I was pretty sore, especially my back and elbows. Recently, I noticed the soreness has gone away. Starting to think this could be sustainable for a while.
