Clean and press-165x1 198x1 220x1- took about 4 tries to clean it, and when I did I bent my back like I was trying to do the limbo, probably better to go light on this until I get better technique

10lbs PR- would have liked more but this is my weakest position and also felt off so a good effort

This basically was my “off-season.” I had planned a test meet for May 9th but later realized my graduation is that day so my next meet will be USAPL Raw Nationals in July. Looking back I am happy my squat and bench improved but I wish I had been a bit more consistent with my deadlift training, particularly in light of the fact that lift has been stagnant for a while. I kind of switched from one program to another halfway through without really having a concrete goal for the end of this phase as I did for Squat and Deadlift.

Well anyway thanks for anyone who followed along. I will take the rest of this week as a break from the weights and start a 12-week cycle leading up to Nats next week.
