My family is OK and healthy, but from Sunday I am ill. Today I feel better, so I eat more and got back that 3kgs which I lost because of dehydratation from illness. So I weigh roughly 119kg. Not sure when I will be able to train, because i am still on antibiotics.
Bodyweight post training circa 117,5kg. Start to feel tired earlier in the training, so not capable to push weights as heavy as I did. Strength will not be the priority now, just maintain as much as possible.
6x85kg each arm + 10 metres walk after last rep

Not that bad, usually 90kg is hard, but today 85kgs wasnt as hard as i expected.

Wasnt that hard, maybe RPE 8.5-9. But it was hard to breathe because of barbell pressure to my stomach.
Push Press with Dumbbells
3x41kg
9x31kg
15x19kg
Again, TOP set wasnt that heavy, definitely had something more in tank, but i struggled to make a clear lockout. So i decide to stop to make sure, that all reps was strict.
Dumbbell Power Snatch
Up to
3x46kg left
2x46kg right
LOL, as long as i remember, i was always much stronger with right hand, so did comfortable 3reps with left and then struggle with right arm
My guess is, if you want to be able to do that strict, you need to have at least 90, better 100kg+ 1RM strict press I am very far from it. Maybe someday i will try, but for now, I will follow my current program.
