My family is OK and healthy, but from Sunday I am ill. Today I feel better, so I eat more and got back that 3kgs which I lost because of dehydratation from illness. So I weigh roughly 119kg. Not sure when I will be able to train, because i am still on antibiotics.

Again, TOP set wasnt that heavy, definitely had something more in tank, but i struggled to make a clear lockout. So i decide to stop to make sure, that all reps was strict.

Yes, I heard about it. Without leg drive, I cant do that. Maybe with push presses, but original challenge was strict.

My guess is, if you want to be able to do that strict, you need to have at least 90, better 100kg+ 1RM strict press :slight_smile: I am very far from it. Maybe someday i will try, but for now, I will follow my current program.
