Felt strong from warmup, so decide to try a PR. Even maybe 175kg would be doable, but wanted to put 4 plates per side, because half of the gym was looking at me, haha :smiley:

Thanks. Maybe i will do some cardio tomorrow, but combination od lifting stuffs, cold weather and sitting on shitty truck seats killed me today :slight_smile:

Last days illness, so i didnt do anything. Few days i will stay at home with daughter, my wife needs to go to the hospital because of pregnancy. These few days i will have to manage our household. Not happy at all, usually Im at work, making money, and my wife do these things :smiley:

Right after that 1200m run @ 8:10min

First time on tartan track. My feet appreciate this comfort :smiley:
